Progressively since the late 1960s the larger and smaller systems operating in human lives have been subject to challenge change breakdown and need for reinvention. Little progress has been made. Confidence in artificial intelligence to be the game-changer has been challenged by mounting concerns as Uranus and Pluto merged in a trine and in a larger 4 planet convergence in July 2026.
2012 signalled the turning point around the potentials of the current Uranus-Pluto cycle. Rogue energy came through Uranus in Aries square the traditional/state regulation pattern Pluto in Capricorn - promising various levels of anarchy with destructive potentials.
Mutable factors are strongly tied to this Uranus-Pluto cycle.
All 3 URA-PLU conjunctions 1965-1966 were in mid Virgo degrees but early mutable degrees have held sway in this cycle.
At the onset conjunction October 1965 the lunar nodes were 5'51 Gemini-Sagittarius
At the June 2012 onset square of URA-PLU Jupiter♊️ was tightly square Neptune in Pisces - and both these mutable planets close enough to infiltrate the ♐️♊️ lunar nodes: Jupiter was 3 Gemini Neptune was 3 Pisces. The nodes were 4'46 Sagittarius-Gemini
Mutability is in itself a cause for concern under conditions where power is the God and low regulatory frameworks and deficient ethical consciousness provide little restraint.
The next viability point is 2046 when the URA-PLU opposition is early degrees of Virgo-Pisces.

Global concerns related to rapid speed AI development became very elevated in September 2026
It took some time for The "Hugging Face" incident [July 9-13 2026 ] to reach wider public awareness around rogue AI. Reports filtered through since mid July.
This notification lodged into human consciousness a far more heightened awareness re AI capabilities.
By the incident onset date 9 July Uranus Neptune and Pluto all at 4º were progressing towards their tight convergence and 100% capable of producing an attack [Neptune in Aries] of a technological nature - data-based [ Neptune sextile Uranus 4º Gemini ] revealing the anarchic power [Pluto in Aquarius ] of an AI system using bot swarms
Clearly the Mutables in early degrees are playing a huge - and in many respects an unhelpful role within the march of AI towards system control. Uranus carries the potential for anarchic themes strongly in the near outlook.

The retrograde of Uranus means 5'41-5'51 is also transited directly in the last week of May 2027 and at 5'56 ♊️ station Direct February 2028.
These Uranus activation points extend the impetus of rogue behaviours within the AI ecosystem if appropriate controls cannot retain dominance.
If not managed effectively the controls flip into power abuse running rampant: both generated within the architecture and through users of that framework.
The opposition viability point begins Sept 2046 in Virgo-Pisces. 5 oppositions over 2 years in the range 3°-8° but the third - August 2047 - is notable at 5'54 ♍️♓️ now square the ♊️♐️ lunar nodes of October 1965 URA-PLU cycle onset and forming a mutable cross with the 4'46♐️♊️ lunar nodes of the June 2012 first quarter square.
These mutable sign indicators as always can hold either/or potentials: Pluto can eradicate corruption fraud deception - all easily rampant within AI systems. Uranus can create new systems. Both can flip into a ♍️♓️ frequency driven by ethics and morals. It may take another 20+ years to get there but it is on offer.
The role played by Mutables in the immersion of AI into and across our world is very evident energetically and demonstrably pointing to the need for checks and balances in any system capable of wielding extreme power.
When embedded with rogue expressions of the Fixed signs the Mutables become corrupted and know no limits. The Cardinals are the guardrail creators and without a strong Cardinal influence this revolutionary era is problematic.
Neptune in 2026 was the only Cardinal carrier in the 4@4º convergence in July. Neptune weakens Cardinal energy and remains in Aries until 2039. The plus side of weakening can paradoxically - eventually - evoke strengthening. Neptune when flipped into highest good mode can instil strong codes of behaviour based on consciousness -not Capricornian external rules regulations and authority imposed.
Necessary protections are the only way to contain the aberrant potentials. The onus lies within humanity on an individual and collective level to know what limits serve us and to recognise the lack of limits that destroys us.
The Fixed sign potentials of Pluto in Aquarius also pose this hazard. This then necessitates a co-partnering of benign transformative Fixed energy with the highest frequency Mutable energies that are embedded in the mix - but dormant if not evoked and activated.
