September 2017 New Moon in Virgo

This New Moon brings big flavours of Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune into the mix.

Typically a basic Virgo New Moon will see issues that reflect the flow and organisation around jobs, employment, workplaces = the tasks that feed the machine-like function of society - as well as the flow and organisation of your internal system in respect of what feeds your biological system: so matters of health, diet, nutrition are more likely to arise in the lunar period starting from a few days before 20 September - until the approach to the New Moon of 19 October 2017.

But every luminary event has its own signature, no two are alike so attention is drawn to what other transient energies are caught up in the flow of energy from the Sun and Moon as captured when the exact phase occurs.

Early triggering before exactitude is as common as events occurring on or after exactitude -it depends which other connected energy comes into position and adds weight and flavour to an outcome.

With multiple factors in the range 21-27 degrees activation of the event themes can start as early as one of the planets reaching 19 or 20 degrees -then right through to 28-29. 

For example, in September 2017 the Sun reached 19 degrees Virgo on the 11th and increased its typical one degree per day, joining Saturn at 21 degrees on the 14th. 

On September 20 the sun reaches 27 Virgo, then joined by the Moon and both reaching Uranus and Chiron at 27 degrees.

Four factors at one degree position are all connected, irrespective of their different zodiac signs.

27 degrees is a position that triggers an angle at 12 degrees. Neptune holds this position.

What does this mean?

• This is a euphoric energy for many & a suffering moon for many.
• Many affected, either advanced or disadvantaged
• Multiple factors in mutable energy indicate very changing, unpredictable, fluid conditions.

Neptune is the water element showing some locations globally will literally get significant water effects.

Jupiter and Uranus in tight opposition began merging closer from Sept 16 and remain at 2 degrees offset at the New Moon.

These two are like a pair of wild stallions each trying to outdo each other as they gallop together, harnessed and pulling a wagon-load.[we are the wagon load]

They are contributing a lot of volatile energy, changing conditions, instability, recklessness, this could flip into wanton disregard for the responsibility involved in hauling their transport.

This combination also creates high risk of transport/traffic accidents 

Take extra care and avoid anyone driving like a wild horse.

Neptune's exact opposition to Mercury creates confused states of mind, distraction,  -or functioning under the influence of Neptunian addictive/toxic substances -drugs, alcohol.

It also can dispose people to deceit, lies, fantasy, overblown imagination

The wild horses who lose control will likely have consumed something that impairs judgement, be sleep deprived, or will be in a vague, confused, inattentive or mentally overloaded state - all likely precursors to unsafe operation of any form of transport.

With the NZ general election just days after exact New Moon = new cycle, new beginning - the flavours will morph into that scenario and express in relevant ways - Neptune can manifest as: confusion regarding the outcome is possible; fraud/deceit or illegal voting detected, hopes wishes and visions for a caring society fulfilled or simply a state of mental mush, being unable to comprehend what happens.

The Sun-Moon-Uranus-Jupiter-Chiron effect in the election contest shows one the one hand the euphoric [Jupiter] victors starting a new job and experiencing a sudden change of life circumstances and the flip side of the same coin - those who are ousted, also facing a sudden change of lifestyle & feeling wounded. Some fortunes will reverse in the course of vote-counting.

These are the outcomes in the contests with clear election night results.

Those that are too close to call due to uncounted special votes may linger in the Neptunian fog for some days.

The triumphant Party could also be sitting in the fog -undetermined at night's end in the strong Neptunian energy latches onto this event.

For the bulk of society - outside of politics - try to avoid the pitfalls of Neptune -substances that impair the mind. Look after your health by beginning a new diet, new nutrition.

There's a lot going on in this lunar month - lots happening, situations changing rapidly, even reversing -stuff to make your head spin - matching the hurricanes in the Caribbean -  -and as always certain people are more affected -all relative to your own personal energies and how they match up with the current patterns.

The 27 degree position = extremes
Extreme forces are forecast. September has already shown extreme weather events within the first 3 week period and the energy for this will remain in effect for vulnerable zones due to retriggering.
27 degrees has environmental consequences in terms of significant disturbances in earth's atmosphere.
When an accumulation of energies fall in the range 25-29 degrees they synergise around the midpoint 27.
27 is significant due to 27 Sagittarius being the current -and extremely slow-moving - position of the Galactic Centre - the rotational centre of our Milky Way galaxy, where a super-massive Black Hole exists.
The centre has qualities which interestingly mimic the sun:
On 5 January 2015, NASA reported observing an X-ray flare 400 times brighter than usual, a record-breaker, from Sagittarius A. The unusual event may have been caused by the breaking apart of an asteroid falling into the black hole or by the entanglement of magnetic field lines within gas flowing into Sagittarius A, according to astronomers -source Wikipedia also NASA

-the ability to produce X-flares and the presence of entangled magnetic field lines are both events that occur on the Sun.

Prior observations by the blog author have noted major environmental events clustering when there is a significant energy build-up on or closely around the 27 degree position or on/around its trigger angle 12 degrees especially if a prior eclipse or new moon/full moon inhabits those degrees [Aceh tsunami 26-12-2004; Christchurch quake 22-2-2011; Japan nuclear events & 2011 tsunami; Galveston Hurricane of 1900 ; September 2017 hurricanes  & a dedicated post Extreme Weather from the Galactic Centre]

So extreme weather including wind, rain, flood, seismic unrest with tsunami have all been observed along with human generated extremes when planets cluster on or close to the 27 or 12 degrees positions and this may reflect a resonance with the 27 degree position of the galactic centre.

These two planets remain in tight to exact opposition in the period Sept 24-Oct 2. in this period extremes of aggressive behaviour have impacted masses of people.

Both of these events occurred on October 1st:

• in Las Vegas USA where dozens of innocent citizens were killed, over 500 injured by a lone gun man 
•  and in Spain where up to 900 now reported injured by Spanish police when Catalonians carried out an independence referendum

Jupiter in Libra and Uranus in Aries in opposition reveal extreme imbalances in the way many people relate. From very passive to very aggressive. From moderation to aggression. A sudden flip.

August 2017 is an eclipse month -two eclipses in a month known for drama on the world stage and in 2017 the drama is primarily coming out of America, with President Donald Trump the poster boy for the uncontrolled human emotions which are posing significant collective threat.

Eclipse pairs occur close to every 6 months and their energetic impact extends often far longer. So what gets stirred up in the eclipse period has considerable significance.

In assessing the energy mix that is present the ingredients are examined - like looking at a cake recipe - what is put in and combined creates certain distinctive flavours, textures and certain outcomes.

August 2017 with eclipses on the 7th and 21st - and the latter one being the most potent -a total solar eclipse it is clear already to astronomers that the late August event has a visible pathway across mainland America.

The themes of both eclipses, the lunar and solar are repeating the same refrains: they involve the need to resolve major conflicts and to moderate extreme responses.

The implications of the solar eclipse pathway - to observers of esoteric significances - is that America will feature majorly in the themes activated in August 2017 - though the significance for humanity in general is implicit in the solar-lunar cycles that we are continually impacted by.

Drama is the outward expression typically seen when Leo energies are highlighted and reinforced - but the fundamental suffering feeding this disturbance is important to reflect upon.

While the predominant energies of Leo, Pisces and Libra in August can generate the responses of love, compassion, harmony and peace in many people there are powerful opposing impulses involving Pluto, Capricorn and Aries which will be intensely activated in the minds of others - to seek power at all costs, responding with hatred, cold cruelty and brutal repression. Leo at its worst is very ego-driven and will also latch onto a dictatorial urge expressed through Pluto. Leo also belongs to the tribal group of signs [ Leo, Scorpio, Taurus, Aquarius] for whom survivalist instincts are extremely strong.

We are not all created equal in our personalities or dispositions. Each of us operates from the frameworks and filters which serve as gateways and methods of comprehension in interpreting the world around us. Each of us sits somewhere along the spectra of response to every issue, every intellectual, every emotional stimulant.

This is why agreement can be so hard to reach beween people who sit at the extreme peripheries and how there is much more hope when people have closer mental/emotional alignment.

With nuclear devastation being risked in the ego battle between President Trump and North Korean President Kim Jong-Un these two men are clearly in the territory of conflict and finding restraint a challenge to their impulses.

Diplomacy seems lost in this era of American politics.

As August proceeded and the eclipse energies strengthened before the solar eclipse American home territory saw events which typify the themes in play: in Charlottesville Virginia on August 12 two very strongly opposing forces met at the Unite the Right Rally and mayhem erupted, emotions running high and physical violence spreading. Within this seething suffering one man decided to allow his impulses full reign. It is incredible than only one person died [albeit with multiple persons injured ] when he used his car as a killing machine into a crowd of anti-racism demonstrators gathered to challenge the extremist and heavily armed neo-Nazi and KKK allegiants there to protest the removal of a beloved Confederate statue of General Robert E Lee. The mood had darkened since the April 2017 proposal to remove the statue to calm racial tensions. 

The opposing sides in the August rally were in some respects indistinguishable in their hatred and violence  of each other according to an on-site New York Times reporter @SherylNYT

No matter what the cause being defended any white self-identified patriot American using the violent fear-inducing methods of fundamentalist terrorists is justifiably defined as a terrorist.

For all of us the pressure is building within to find the balance between impulse and restraint and to find out where we sit along the spectrum of compassion and aggression.

In New Zealand the right wing government has proposed just weeks before the general election to set up a military-style programme to deal with a sector defined as hardened youth criminals. Seen as desperate politics by those in justice and social support networks in an international context, this approach is regarded as doomed to failure.
The opposing values are highly activated in such an issue.
The offending youth are seen as "bad" while the socio-economic drivers of poverty and alienation perpetuated by this long-standing government through the politics of inequality are what government opponents can see as grounds for compassion and as an alarm call to address deep-seated social problems.

Japan nuclear events: past to present energetic links

The big shudders affecting Japan have involved the unprecedented trio in conjunction: seismic, tsunami and nuclear.

Japan has a history of devastation involving all three, but the meeting of all three in time is the spectre hanging over Japan in March 2011.

History repeats and astrologers are well versed in locating the prior cycles that return and revisit places in time.

The nuclear risks under present time emergency management immediately provoke a revisiting of Japan's last nuclear crisis, imposed that time politically, by America, during World War 2.

The energetic links between the events of 1945 and 2011 in respect of the nuclear aspects and humanitarian crises are fascinating.
The preceding eclipse in 1945 was a total solar in July. At 16CAN57 this provides a signpost to Pluto - Pluto was discovered on 18 Feb 1930 at 17CAN40. Transit Saturn reached 17CAN40 on August 1st (GMT) 1945. Moon got to 17CAN40 less than an hour before the Hiroshima bombing on August 6. Saturn & Moon were conjoined at 18 Cancer when the bombing began.

2022 updated detail re CHERNOBYL

This content is best understood in the context of prior content re other nuclear event signatures identified in standout planetary factors.

The 2022 update in the context of a contemporary nuclear threat in a military context relates to the energetic imprint of Chernobyl which is located in Ukraine and the enduring potency of such an event even far back in recent history.

Energy loves similarity in terms of the process of attraction or manifestation and astrology repeatedly identifies patterns that match based on locational positioning [planetary location or degree position as well as planet to planet relationships or connections]

This work identifies that current planetary positions have the potential to activate similar energy as experienced in Chernobyl in 1986 - not specifically an event of the same description as the 1986 event - but consistent with a nuclear profile and within the geography of Ukraine

Timing for the explosive events at Chernobyl Reactor 4 is provided by the World Nuclear Organisation as 1.24 am noted onsite by an engineer recording "severe shocks"

 

Notable is Uranus [quake tremor shock] exact on the ASC in SAG, a Pluto-Sun opposition in TAU-SCO [ Pluto retrograde and therefore closest in alignment with Earth] following a total lunar eclipse 4 Scorpio two days prior.

Extra detail is gleaned from the midpoint grid - breaking down into cardinal fixed mutable enables faster identification of synchronistic activation.

It is useful to examine in the context of 2022 the fixed midpoints in the Chernobyl chart in range of transiting Uranus in Taurus and Saturn in Aquarius [singly or together in range of 11-25 degrees in fixed signs in 2022]

In chronological order a strong sequence of Chernobyl activations exist from October 2022 through 2023 and beyond: significant midpoints are in range of Uranus right until the end of Taurus in 2026

As stated Uranus has the potential to activate Chernobyl midpoints from the middle degrees of fixed signs around 15 right up to 30 degrees Taurus in the years 2023 until May 2026.
