An uncomplicated March, mostly dominated by the sensitive and compassionate energy
of Neptune is not on offer in 2018.
Only within the first week does the Pisces/Neptune energy dominate – Sun, Mercury, Venus, Neptune all in Pisces – but the full moon on the 2nd has Jupiter in Scorpio merging with Mercury and Venus.
Jupiter in Scorpio is such difficult energy to rein in that it typically expresses in serial offending of a sexual nature or a drive for power that can be boundless and annihilating. A person needs advanced self management to channel that extreme capacity into something bearing the energy of healing rather than abusing.

The month of March began with Mars sitting adjacent to Pluto, then moving quickly to nudge up alongside Jupiter sequentially gathering all the necessary fuel on board to launch a killer hit.
Cardinal energy courtesy of Saturn already in early Capricorn at the start of March along with Mercury and Venus entering Aries before the end of week one - adding to the fiery Aries style of Uranus late in its transit of that sign –bolstered as well by Mars in Sagittarius in the weekend of March 10-11. Pluto too is in cardinal Capricorn, effectively at 20-21 degrees all month
This amount of highly activated cardinal energy promises that things will begin –and end, things will be established – and fall apart, things will move at speed – and be stopped in their tracks –much much more action than under a lunar month with dominant Pisces energy.
Mid March looks especially intense.
- Fire [fire literally as well as anger, aggression and high energy] is expressed through 4 planets and the north lunar node from the end of week one and this grouping carries through to the New Moon on the 17th
- Mars then entering Capricorn joins the cardinal division, soon joined by the Sun at the March 20/21 equinox - entering Aries – adding to Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Pluto – now a total of 6 energies in high activity cardinal signs which hold sway until the end of March.
- The action begins to build from the 11th when Sun and Pluto link up at the same time as Mars and Uranus and Saturn with Mercury.
- With powerful forces like Pluto, Uranus and Saturn the benign potentials don’t always get a look in as a first option and sometimes the benefits of these can only be identified in hindsight as their initial disruption, annihilation or deconstruction of life is so much in your face that no other nuanced reading of what’s going on has a chance to arise in consciousness.
- The energy on the 11th sets up potentially violent/aggressive interactions – or at least angry communications with an underlying power struggle
New Moon at 27 degrees Pisces on the 17th has Uranus tagged on at 27 Aries. 27 is a known potent degree as this is the position at which the centre of our milky way galaxy rotates -27 Sagittarius – and repeated observations have led The Profiler to a proposition that when planets sit at 27 degrees they perform a step-down of those mega forces at the galactic centre – and consequences are observable in the natural forces and sentient beings here on earth.
Typically there is much disturbance of energies under these conditions –expressing environmentally as severe or extreme weather, extreme human behaviour.

The 27 degree position of any factor is resonant with any other factor at 12 degrees
The March New Moon has Venus at 12 degrees.
So Venus is strongly involved in the Sun-Moon-Uranus combined energies.
Disrupted relationships. Sudden change in relationships.
The 27-12 formula extends to a wider orb of positions -especially the range 25-29 degrees straddling the 27 position being considered strongly effective. This range then activates 10-14 degrees so the resonant pairings are 25-10, 26-11, 27-12, 28-13, 29-14

In human affairs Mars-Neptune often expresses as drug/alcohol energy as well as deceitful dishonest behaviour, sexual fantasy, porn addiction. Any of these issues or related behaviour could be exposed and discussed with some drama under the lunar phase from mid March-mid April.
- Environmentally the disturbance is always about unbalanced natural forces –which cannot be separated from human imbalances and extremes as both planes of existence are in mutual feedback.
- Our behaviour towards each other is worsening our environment far more than through observable and measurable pollution.
- All four forces of nature are activated strongly in March: Fire through Aries and Mars, Earth through Saturn, Wind/Air through Uranus and Neptune influencing Water - and so where the balances are not in place then any or all of these can be eruptive, violent, excessive, destructive.
Knowing the potential climate/weather hazards in your own environment and how to be prepared in advance for the most likely elemental risk is common sense.

- The stresses and strains of relating are on high alert in all contexts not just personal and private but in business and political contexts.
- More partnerships, marriages, associations and contexts where negotiation and interaction are required are subject to sudden break-up or breakdown.
The onus is on all of us to get this right and the deterioration in this fundamental familial structure has already shown us how much can go wrong in the world when we lack even basic relating skills such as empathy, support, negotiation, compromise.
Further than this is the necessity of passing through the appropriate stages of emotional development in order to function as a balanced adult.
This critical issue has been overlooked in a world driven by economic agendas and financial pressures but when the fundamental unit of human society, the family, fails in its purpose, we all fail.
Saturn in Capricorn for a 3 year period will raise this issue of the family-society connection.

This is a very long term process and the pattern outlined and sustained in the first 4-5 months has activation potential through to August 2018. However a further cycle begins in 2018 signifying earth changes. When Uranus is in Taurus [mid May-early November 2018, early March 2019-late April 2026] the earth itself and its products and related industries, human production of goods, sources of income, our relationship to money and possessions, the physical/material in general are all likely to be expressed in new, different, innovative ways or become very changed. Miniaturisation is one of those processes -objects shrinking, the digitisation and virtualisation or other physical objects/experiences is another. Lab-food or experimental food or unusual -eg insects as food -all of these things already being floated as all collective events cast their shadow before they fully arrive.
