Extreme Weather from the Galactic Centre

The GC -galactic centre -the rotational centre of the Milky Way galaxy - at 27 Sagittarius is an energy point of unimaginable potency
Magnetic structures spreading across vast distances have been observed emanating from the core of our galaxy

Significant events on earth expressing the power of natural forces can be seen to cluster in the time frame of a GC activation.

This includes major movements or quantities of fire, earth, air and water and can include floods, landslides, earthquakes, volcanic activity, tornadoes, typhoons, hurricanes, torrential rain, tsunami, wildfires, explosive events - as well as including events of this type perpetuated by human activity [ Hiroshima-Nagasaki 1944].
The Double Helix nebula near the galactic centre is mirrored in the shape of double helix DNA -as found in almost all living organisms -human, animal and plant species, even viruses.

The discovery of intense magnetic forces at the galactic centre gives rise to the notion that magnetic torsion twisted the original pair of connected spirals into this shape. So now we have a magnetic resonance component to the idea that what happens at the core of our galaxy reaches us on Earth not only through atmospheric, environmental outcomes but directly through our DNA.

• The June and December solstice points at zero Cancer and zero Capricorn have been considered for millennia to be potent activation points of cosmic energies.

• above are further potent activators of Galactic Centre energies, stepped down into the environment of Earth, with 27 SAG as the actual position of the galactic centre and all points at 90 and 180 degrees of that being significant, as well as all positions midway = 12 degrees in all 4 fixed energy signs [Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, Aquarius] Any one occupied position has an equal capacity to trigger any or all others

The GC gets activated annually by the Sun around December 19
In 2013 only Mercury  [Jan 17] and Venus [November 2] make the same exact conjunction to 27 SAG. But these alone do not give rise to major activations.
My energy analysis method always includes the GC activations by the remaining signs of the mutable quartet - PISCES VIRGO GEMINI as well as the semi & sesqui squares = 12 degree position of any of the fixed signs SCORPIO TAURUS  LEO AQUARIUS.

When the 27 MUTABLE or 12 FIXED sign positions feature in a New, Full Moon or Eclipse the likelihood of extreme forces arising to a significant extent in diverse earth locations is worth considering

Exact positions at 27 or 12 are strongest but + or - 2 degrees is well within range of effect - giving a range 25-29 Mutable and 10-14 Fixed to consider.

Full and New Moons begin to be effective days before exactitude and until the following new or full state.

Eclipses belong to a six-monthly cycle so the effects can spread ahead that far - as well as being pre-triggered -one of the qualities of space-time that defies the limited linear logic of manufactured earth-time.

The period September 2013 - May 2014
is likely to be notable for many more extreme weather events and major environmental events which reveal the potency of the forces of nature.

The role of the paired transformers Pluto & Uranus locked at a 90 degree angle is undeniable in accentuating or aggravating the situation.

These two energies are very representative of Galactic Centre forces so their current activation provides a double-whammy effect whenever our solar system is zapped by a blast from the GC

GC activation came via URANUS  in conjunction with JUPITER  =  both at 27 Pisces on January 4 2011. The process was set in motion weeks before the cyclone formed.
[ 27 Pisces is at exact 90 degrees to the GC & therefore a very strong trigger - made stronger by the combined mega force of Jupiter blended with Uranus the force of change.]

Piers Corbyn from Weather Action says the North Atlantic jet stream reached a record 275 mph on Dec 22 2013 -consistent with the long range prediction of wild jet stream events in the shift to a Mini Ice Age circulation pattern.
Corbyn's methodology is centred around solar activity which impacts Earth. 
His analysis also targets the end of Dec 2013 & into January 2014:
"Newly erupting active sunspot regions are coming round to be Earth-facing (below) when we predicted and will drive dangerous weather conditions around end Dec and start Jan in USA, Brit+Ire, Europe and the whole world."

With the Galactic Center 27 SAG being activated by exact alignment from transiting Saturn at 27 Sagittarius, beginning effectiveness from start of March 2017 intense outcomes anticipated soon began to be evident. 

One planet alone is usually not significant enough to bring the worst extremes. [severe quakes, colossal tsunamis]

In March 2017 Saturn at 27 degrees links with any other activating factors at 27 and 12 degrees. 
The Sun and Neptune match these positions during March: Neptune [water indicator] for most of the month and the Sun at/in range of 12 degrees from March 2-4. 
From March 6 [UT] Mars at 27 Aries energises Saturn at 27 Sagittarius - extending over several days

The probabilities for heavy rain with flooding and destructive conditions creating losses and obstructions will also be very high in this time frame.
Just as March began [3rd] an indicator of extremes was in place -the exact opposition of Jupiter and Uranus. This opposition has an effective time frame of just over 2 weeks [until at least March 19] in which to keep generating more systems. This energy combination generates unbalanced energies and would have contributed significantly to extreme atmospheric conditions and the creation of disturbed, destructive weather systems. 
The Sun reaching 21-23 degees in the March 11-March 13 period synergises with this potent energy.
Then importantly 17-20th March when firstly the Sun is at 27 degrees, soon joined by the Moon on the 20th of March.

Regions of New Zealand's North Island beginning 7 March experienced extreme flooding followed by forceful winds -with conditions enduring several days after a brief lull between systems.

By 28 March 2017 Queensland Australia was subject to Cyclone Debbie. The initial effects were followed by extreme widespread flooding affecting an even larger landscape than initially affected -even by April 2 more flooding was anticipated

With Saturn's transiting position in Sagittarius remaining within the 27-28 degree range throughout April and still within the 26-27 degree range for most of May 2017 it is anticipated that activation of Galactic Centre [GC] energies is creating exactly the turbulent forces that generate extreme weather. The higher potential for this looks to be increased in April 2017 with Neptune [the water indicator] also highly activated [Uranus+Sun transits through Aries]
The 3rd factor [and there is always more than one] is that imbalance underlies the generation of these extreme forces. Energy related to extreme unbalanced forces was generated at the end of March [Pluto+Jupiter] and the triggers spawned at that time were given the force to unfold in days ahead...ready to merge increasingly from April 4 with Saturn barely moving from its transiting position, intensifying through the first week of April to lead into the developing Saturn-Venus energy at 28 Sagittarius and the Sun-Jupiter-Pluto energies combining from April 7.
Extreme forces remain locked in for a lengthy period, with many different manifestations - weather or environmentally related as well as human induced - with a likely time frame from April 7-19 2017
So this is a big package of extreme and destructive forces which will be manifested in many global locations

September 2017  In the contact of the long-range of total solar eclipse in August, with sun, moon and Uranus at 28 degrees, a sequence of hurricanes in the Caribbean was unleashed.
Advancing Jupiter and retrograding Uranus led to the two due to meet in exact opposition at 27 degrees on September 28 -just a week after the 27 degree New Moon -  Hurricane Maria reached Cat 5 close to New Moon

Historical Example 1: the North Sea Storm and Flood of January 31 1953
When I discover the date of an historic extreme weather event it is totally appropriate to see how closely the energy of that event matches up with the original theory proposed by the author of this blog.

• A lunar eclipse on 29 January was at 10 degrees - also activating the 25th degree
• Venus and Mars conjoined at 26 degrees
• Saturn and Jupiter conjoined at 25.5 degrees
• Jupiter at 12 degrees also activated 27 degrees
• lunar nodes at 12 degrees also activated 27 degrees

As often found an eclipse is involved here and any eclipse in the range [10-14 degrees] activates the most sensitive Galactic Centre degree range [25-29 degrees.
Therefore by reference to a planetary ephemeris such extreme events are predictable in advance and researchable back in history.
This example happens to be a very good fit for the theory. Others require more gymnastics but the order of significance is mathematics first, followed by planet/luminary or energy. Of least significance is zodiac signs though these can be seen to reinforce the picture.
Historical Example 2

Over 200 years prior a very similar storm hit the same region:
The storm and massive flood across northern Europe Dec 24-25 1717 featured wind and waves with devastating ferocity.

• Pluto and Neptune joined forces at 14 degrees which activated 29 degrees
• the lunar nodes were at 29 degrees
• Saturn was at 29 degrees
• Moon reached 29 degrees on Dec 24

This event was not associated with an eclipse nor any lunation -it was occurring midway between full and new moon - with moon at 90 degrees to the Sun late on the 24th -

• Sun and Moon at 3 degrees activated 18 degrees -being the trigger for the Chiron-Uranus synergy
• Jupiter at 2 degrees activate 17 degrees

Effectively there were two energy entanglements which accounted for virtually everything in play.
With Moon being the fast mover and common trigger it had a direct role to play in activating both sets of energy

• Sun-Moon-Chiron-Uranus-Jupiter
• Pluto-Neptune-Nodes-Saturn-Moon

Though possibly only minimally relevant, given the colossal amount of energy firing by late on Xmas Eve, Mercury -past 29 degrees, Venus at 17 and Mars at 11 all match up with the energy sets outlined.

Since these two events were referenced in the one article published Dec 28 2017 - due to the similarities in place and scale one planetary factor often regarded as the one that emphasises karma was virtually in the same position despite the 200+ years separation - Saturn was at 29 degrees in Libra at Christmas 1717 and was at 27 Libra on January 31 1953.

Moore, Oklahoma has been selected as a case study as this location featured in both 1999 and 2013 extreme tornado events.

Standout points:

• planets bunched in one location with multiple linked energies. This intensifies the energy and incorporates lots of extra planetary fuel
• The monster planet Jupiter is exact at the chart's high noon position [21'45 & 21'52]. The tornado is being referred to a mile-wide and massive. Jupiter is energetically linked to those factors, boosted by Mars since both hold positions at/around 22 degrees. Note also the rising AC degree is 22 degrees.
• The extremely powerful transformational combination of Pluto-Uranus virtually exact at 11 degrees are the engine room force - & again they serve as a vortex sucking in & utilising the energy of any other factors at or around 11 degrees. 

 The midpoint grid is the best tool for locating positions where energies meet and synergise

The grid throws up the following pairings meeting around 10-12 degrees:
Sun-Jupiter, Moon-Jupiter,  Sun-MC, Moon-MC, Mercury-Venus, Mercury-Uranus, Venus-Uranus, Saturn-Node, Neptune-Node, Pluto-Chiron. [ Aside from Mars, this incorporates a full-on solar system interconnectivity for the time and place of the event.

A further investigative tool utilises the 45 degree angle as a potent activator of energy points.
Consider any planetary position then look at all multiples of 45 degrees for triggers.
11 degrees is of prime interest with Pluto-Uranus - plus Venus in that locality
11 degrees has a 45 degree relationship with 26 degrees
26 degrees is the exact meeting or midpoint of the Sun-Mars combo -so these two in combination are acting intrinsically with the Pluto-Uranus forces

In summary:
The key players are Pluto-Uranus, Sun-Mars, Jupiter added to the widespread systemic activation of  remaining planetary factors.
This amount of complexity may function like light focussed through a magnifier lens. Powerful extra-terrestrial forces channeled into earthly realms.

Summary
The range of energies considered prime suspects in generating tornado type vortices is likely to involve many acting in combination.

• These two examples both show Pluto and Uranus to be prominent.
• Planets on the axes -Jupiter and Mars are also of significance
• Clusters of planets - either grouped by proximity or by angular relationship, build great intensity
• There is no fixed, standard pattern, but stand-out factors are identifiable
• In this type of analysis emphasis is on the planetary force rather than zodiac keyword analysis. Accordingly the roles of the Sun, Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto along with the lunar nodes are identified as the most likely energetic forces incoming from the solar system capable of large-scale destructive effects on earth - this includes naturally generated environmental effects as well as those generated artificially e.g. via explosive devices. Using solar modelling techniques, astrophysicist Piers Corbyn applies his theories to earth events.
His methodology, anticipating the high risk of a very strong northern hemisphere quake in this current time frame at the tail end of Easter 2012, partly involves the massive vertical earth facing coronal hole that has been crossing the solar disc this week

GEONET New Zealand's seismic network notices the quake

 A direct earth facing coronal hole sends a stream of solar charged particles in the direction of earth and the effect of this type of event is theorized as generating seismic unrest on our planet. Northern aurora have been noted in this time frame, despite the geomagnetic estimates being predominantly at very low levels during April ( mainly below G3 level) Aurora occur when the solar wind is able to enter earth's magnetic environment during the IMF  [Interplanetary Magnetic Field from the sun] negative phase. This has occurred in several periods of hours during  April 9. April 10 and April 11.
Piers Corbyn's method involves more considerations, including the speed of the solar wind, but he does not tend to elaborate in depth on the full details of his solar-earth forecasting.

This build up phase to the Sumatra region seafloor quakes can be seen to also involve the maximum south declination of the Moon [ exact on April 10] There are many who consider the extreme points of the Moon in high north, south or equatorial declination, to be trigger points for earthquakes.

National Geographic points to unusual factors resulting in no appreciable tsunami compared to December 2004 - the present situation involving slip strike events, a lesser magnitude than 2004 plus being intraplate - around 150kms from the nearest subduction zone -where the risks are much greater regarding tsunami due to megathrust effects.
We are also just outside of the usual window of influence of a strong lunation event -the first Supermoon of 2012 occurred on April 6 UT, but the strong gravitational effects of a closer lunar passage to earth than usual are logically factored in as well. From an astrological perspective, the usual suspects are not in extreme contention currently, though one of the main protagonists, Pluto in Capricorn has just reached it's retrograde station. The combined keywords of Pluto (transformation) and Capricorn (structure) are equally applicable to the earth, its constituents and all material form, as to the systems humans have created - and now face radical change. Soon we will see an intensification of Pluto's capacities with Uranus in Aries gaining in pace, to reach its first exact 90 degree standoff with Pluto - in June 2012. Events will build as this tightening angle closes.

2012 Extreme Cold Europe - return of cycles?

Since I totally believe in cycles as the fundamental reality pertaining to all matter, astrology is the perfect medium for tracing back past connections to the present -and of course for extending projections into the future.
The extreme cold impacting Europe is big news at the start of February 2012, with the BBC weather reporter explaining some unprecedented bitter cold spread across several northern European nations as well as the UK - with -16 to -25 C recorded since the cold set in at the start of 2012, over 300 people have died.
The lagoon in Venice, Italy is said to be freezing over and reportedly not seen similarly since February 1929.
The Tonbridge Weather org which collates historical weather events also has one entry for 1929 and it is February
Intense cold 11th to 17th February. Lowest maxima for Tonbridge. Frost continued into March, much skating.

I am not an astrological specialist in weather indicators, but a body of researchers exist including Weather Sage. Accordingly I have not formulated a theory of the most likely scenario, planetary-wise which indicates extreme cold but there are some prime suspects.
Neptune is the planet of water in all forms, but Saturn is the ice-maker.
In Feb 2012 Saturn is very closely linked to Neptune, around half a degree of separation (by trine).
In mid Feb 1929 Saturn's position was <2 degrees off an exact trine to Neptune.
What is very interesting is that in the development phase of this widespread freeze (January 2012), Saturn was less than a degree off exact trine to Neptune throughout that month. In 1929 the degree of exactitude was wider between Saturn-Neptune.

So perhaps too many connections for the statistically minded to deem coincidence

What is not clear from this very early appraisal, is how many of those recurrent factors are needed to create a big (extensive) freeze. BIG is a word associated with Jupiter - and that planet repeats in the two eras.
In Feb 1929, Jupiter links closely to Uranus ( unusual conditions) 
In Feb 2012 Jupiter is approaching an exact middle point between Neptune and Pluto ( Pluto being in Capricorn is the bearer of Saturn's force & not surpisingly is implicated in the excessive fatalities from cold)
Neptune at 0 has midpoints of 4Taurus/Scorpio in relationship to Pluto at 8 Capricorn.
In Feb 2012 Jupiter reaches 4 Taurus on the 11th, so the intensity of this freeze - environmentally and in human cost may be accentuated in days surrounding this point. Plus Saturn stays closely aligned with Neptune - so likely to sustain the big freeze - until a retreat picks up in March 2012 - retrograding away until October just as northern zones are in the early stage of  autumn / fall.  Stock up on fuel well in advance.
[updates Feb 22 Two effects showing two aspects of the Saturn-Neptune potentials:  a sudden thaw, affecting the Serbian Danube, involving a massive increase in temperature from -20C to +10C has provided difficulties on the river. Where Saturn solidifies water (Neptune), the thawing (reliquefying) causes further problems = Saturn damage, destruction eg boats (Neptune) crushed and sunk (Saturn). By October, in 2012, other factors have moved on, but new ones are on the agenda ( Mars in Scorpio exact on the lunar north node while Pluto remains exactly at odds with Uranus both have ominous destructive signatures.
 2012 has been clearly signalled as a powerfully transformational year amongst others in this decade -see Massive Transformations link in references section)

In the Southern Hemisphere at the corresponding time but opposite season, at the 2011- 2012 phase, New Zealand has experienced a sluggish and much cooler summer which started late ( all keywords that indicate the role of Saturn. Snowfall was even recorded in Otago in January summertime - TV3 report.
Australia has had a late summer start too:
“A wintry weather pattern has dropped temperatures up to ten degrees below average across south-eastern Australia, bringing cool relief for South Australia and Victoria. Sadly for Sydney the cool temperatures are just another reminder of the ongoing summer fizzer,” says Tom Saunders, Senior Meteorologist at The Weather Channel." -article

The same pattern of energy involving  Neptune (water)-Jupiter(big= excessive)-Pluto (destructive, transformational) and Saturn(disaster, crisis) is affecting Australia with these big players operating in response to local summer season meteorological conditions -which are far less likely to bring snow and far more likely to bring precipitation

Feb 7 2012 Update re longer term view:
Effectively November 2015-October 2016 is an alert period re issues related to water -  water resources and lack of water; generally problems/crises re water in any form (moisture, rain, snow, ice) -but local conditions vary across the globe and there are seasonal factors to add in.
The winter of 2015-2016 in the northern hemisphere coincides with Saturn exactly squared off against Neptune in Nov-Dec 2015.  This aggravating and crisis-inducing Saturn energy has implications for all weather phenomena involving water. In a winter scenario Saturn's capacity to freeze water is noted. Compare the equatorial zone & southern hemisphere summer where the likelihood of problems relating to water. With Jupiter in Virgo - polarity opposite to Pisces - there is a double message of excess for some, too little for others, drought & deluge in the time frame Nov 2015-Feb 2016. An aggravation in March 2016 arises when Saturn squares off exactly with Jupiter - two opposing principles at right angled positions, an earth planet vs a fire planet in the mutable signs of fire and earth which looks a lot like drought.
July-August-September 2016 have an extended locked in phase involving Saturn-Neptune, but the writing will be on the wall way before then to prepare for the summer or winter of challenges.
With complex keywords involved, it is important to add in that Neptune's association with oil and gas make it likely that either or both these two resources will come under restriction, be the source of critical situations ( currently Iran threatening such an action re oil)

December 2011 lunar eclipse astro analysis

Original post begins:
December 2011: There is an imminent eclipse in the wings - total lunar visible in the southern hemisphere coinciding with the moon at maximum north declination in respect of the earth. These factors can trigger turbulence. Exactitude is Dec 10 2011 (Universal Time) though the building phase & aftermath phase makes for a period of Dec 7-13 to watch. Also take note of the December  solstice  when the Sun is at zero degrees of the cardinal sign Capricorn and therefore one of the traditional four seasonal markers. This year the Moon is perigee  (closest orb for the month) on Dec 22. Solstice is also on Dec 22. Moon is maximum south on Dec 23 and the New Moon is on the 24th (25th NZ). So this is a whole bunch of factors all compressing into a brief time frame.

One source I follow is suggesting there will be enough strain generated to have significant impact on the tectonic state of the planet with significant seismic consequences. Watch and see if the sun gets more active (flares, Coronal Mass Ejections, coronal holes)(update Xmas Day solar flare M4.0 emits CME to earth) and human behaviour in general is perturbed by the highly charged atmosphere. Wild/extreme weather is also aggravated by these strong solar-lunar forces.

For New Zealand the Moon starts to enter the Earth's penumbral shadow just after 12.30am NZDT on the morning of December 11 and the umbral shadow just after 1.45am. Totality lasts from 3.06 to 3.57 with the deepest eclipse at 3.32 am NZDT. At that time the Moon will be 21° above the horizon in Auckland, 18° at Wellington, 17° at Christchurch and 15.5° at Dunedin and Invercargill. The eclipse signs are Sagittarius and Gemini
Polar opposite signs always share themes, but these themes have distinct differences in intensity and focus.
For example  Gemini is the typical energy of trivia and bits of information. Texting, emails, letters, books, written and phone messages, telecommunications are all commonly associated with this sign.
Sagittarius utilises similar channels to Gemini -but for more advanced/sophisticated or meaningful purposes -so instead of simply reading for pleasure (Gemini), Sagittarian reading is about study, learning.
Gemini the messenger loves collecting and passing on tidbits of information, trivia, but Sagittarius is focussed on knowledge, beliefs, wisdom, morals, ethics, ideas of significance, philosophy.

Both signs love activity and travel - due to the need for mental stimulation and due to physical restlessness.
Gemini is more localised/regional trips by car plus leisure walking and cycling, plus transport in general.
Sagittarius is more about international broadening of the mind via travel and intensive sport/exercise.
Both signs like adventure, just in varying degrees of scale.

Issues related to information, message systems, beliefs, ethics are more likely to arise globally in the 6 month eclipse period.  This time frame will see more people inclined to Gemini-Sagittarius activities as outlined above.

In terms of more subtle stuff,  this eclipse has energies attached related to spiritual/emotional healing being on offer for many.

As usual,  there are people (and places) more particularly affected - including (but not exclusively - as your personal birthchart can show relevant connections)  those born on/around Dec 10, March 8, June 8, Sept 10 - any year.

Brace yourself though, whatever your circumstances: globally much more social disruption and political upheaval is on the cards

addendum 1
Just noticed that on Xmas weekend 24-25th Mars will trigger the eclipse potentials strongly (Mars in Virgo square the 18 degree sun-moon of the Dec 10 eclipse)

A square (90 degrees) provides a stress energy resulting in friction, restlessness, probably critical arguments during discussions. Looks like those family gatherings could get a little heated if you are unable to discharge the excess energy through a bit of exercise!
Of course all the transport networks -local & international (Gemini-Sagittarius) will be extra busy - Mars provides lots of extra energy to that activity but being at right angles don't expect things to flow that well -snarl-ups and bad temper likely in this context too.
Gemini-related Mercury is in retrograde phase and not truly in full direct phase until New Year's Day 2012 which means interference with transport and telecommunications networks, miscommunications, confused or lost messages and all related situations where flow of information can be interfered with.

Looking towards Xmas there are significant warnings to consider:
December 22 solstice Uranus is exact square the Sun and Pluto sits on the Mars-Saturn midpoint in the leadup into the Xmas Day New Moon in Capricorn. This new moon pattern will include the effects of these two powerful planetary groupings.

Uranus brings turbulent and sudden effects. It is in the fire sign Aries and the sun in the earth sign Capricorn relateds to the structure and crust of the earth.  Earthquake activity is a heightened risk (updates: see Dec 22 & Dec 23 reports re quakes scroll down; Christchurch, NZ has had sustained significant quake activity since Dec 23, into 2012) as well as fire, use of weapons.
Older people are vulnerable with the Capricorn influence.

The classic interpretation of the Mars-Saturn-Pluto combo is  "destruction" "fury" "rage".
Particular people who are stressed by this combo will be capable of very dangerous outbursts of a violent, homocidal nature. (updates: Dec. 22:  In New Zealand a 5 year old girl was violently attacked by a man at a camping ground - full story  ; scroll to Jan 7 re exploding air balloon)

The potential for mass death is also there. (updates: Dec 26 numerous instances of fatal bombings including in Somalia, Syria, Afghanistan, Baghdad and significantly coordinated attacks by a Muslim sect at Christmas across Nigeria have killed large numbers of people; Jan 7: 11 die in balloon crash)
Natural events - extreme weather and destructive seismic/volcanic events can also be associated with this type of signature.
Where and who depends on specific individual analysis -but be assured the energy will have expression and will make the global news.
Dec 9 2011 a storm with winds exceeding 240kms/hr has been battering Scotland with dramatic news reports.

The warning is: take seriously any threatening person or force in your environment especially in the time frame Dec 21-23. The Moon is in Scorpio ( the most destructive/cruel emotional sign) from 11pm Dec 20 (NZ time) until 1am on Dec 23 - which will aggravate the other factors making particular people very susceptible to acting from a place of rage.

A lot of news coming through in NZ - as well as globally - that has a Mars theme - heat, fire, weapons, burning, anger, aggression.  (Mars strongly activated at the Dec New Moon plus Mars in Virgo was at right angles to the Gemini-Sag eclipse, but not close enough to be strongly effective in my opinion. However, the other interaction Mars is having is with the lunar nodes in Gemini-Sag which it has been in range of exactitude by 90 degree square since Dec 10 and extending till at least Dec 16. People vulnerable to 14 degrees of mutable signs, including those born on or around Dec 7, March 4, Jun 4, Sept 6 any year are most likely - plus those whose birth chart reveals a planet at 14 Sag/ Gemini/Pisces/ Virgo. With the Mars factor added to the vulnerable eclipse birth dates mentioned in paragraph 3 - people born within the whole time frame of those dates eg Dec 7-10 inclusive, can expect strong activations - either actively or passively, acting or being acted upon by someone/thing with Mars energy.
Update Jan 11 2012: An omitted explanation:
Mars in tight square to the Sagittarius-Gemini lunar nodes at the eclipse on Dec 10 has had a very strong effect on Sagittarian-Gemini activities in New Zealand during the December-January vacation period. Mars love of speed and risk-taking has resulted in an unusually high number of road fatalities and crashes as well as an exceptional number of deaths or dangerous outcomes in the category of misadventure., all of which is consistent with the stress from Mars energy affecting those categories of activities -  transport, outdoors adventure -even bizarrely this accident:

Dec 17-18 Mass deaths in Philippines due to flash flooding plus the capsize off Java, of a boat containing asylum seekers continues a theme of deaths/misadventure involving water . The water theme enters into the eclipse picture via the mutable sign dominance of the eclipse -Gemini-Sagittarius + Mars in Virgo implicates the missing sign of water = Pisces. - but add to this the growing energy of the connection between Saturn 27 Libra and Neptune 28 Aquarius  - which implicates difficulty around water. This combination is activated by the Moon at 12-13 degrees of Mutable & Cardinal signs = Virgo & Libra  during Dec 17 & 19  - plus Monday 19 Dec sees a group activating the 27-28 degree points.  Expect the dangerous water theme to be strong Monday 19 & beyond into January 2012 -since the cardinal sign Capricorn Sun & Mercury and Moon positions will trigger both Saturn (problems) and Neptune (water)

Dec 22 lunar perigee & solstice In NZ (13 hrs ahead of universal Time UT) we are having a quake swarm in vulnerable Christchurch -up to M3.4 and a M5.7 seaflor event in the zone at the tip of the volcanic Kermadec Trench north-east of NZ. The Kermadec area has been quite grumbly lately as tectonic stress builds at the plate boundary due to eastward drift.

News over the Xmas-New Year period in NZ continues to be full of reports of death by accident or misadventure - a lot of cases in maritime environments ( water & adventure themes relate to the mutable eclipse sign energies Gemini & Sagittarius -plus Saturn's trine to Neptune). Many cases involving transport - car crashes - being Mars and Uranus in Aries related. One freak accident (Uranus) with a man speared - and disembowelled - in the abdomen by an anchor. A 63 yr old woman jumped with her suitcase off the Cook Strait ferry. Several boating accidents with death.

Ireland: Met Éireann last week recorded the highest ever wave seen in Irish waters as a 67 foot monster was registered by the M4 weather buoy on Tuesday afternoon, the Irish Times reports.

Located 10 miles west of Rossan Point, Co. Donegal, the buoy clocked the huge wave just after 2 pm, the weather service said on its website, with another wave earlier in the day also topping 65 feet. Both smashed the previous record of approximately 52 feet, with a Met Éireann spokesperson calling it “a significant jump in magnitude.” “If you get a long stream of strong winds from the same direction, you get waves building up…"

Thailand, Xmas Day   A 10-to-13 feet high wave inundated a shore on the Gulf of Thailand, causing floods of one metre deep and damaging houses in a village in Chumphon province, according to Provincial Governor Pinich Charoenpanich.

These wave examples may be consistent with disturbed, unbalanced and very intense weather patterns noted globally - with stuck pressure zones and strong winds noted in many locations.
