A reported explosive fire outbreak in a ski resort bar "Le Constellation" in Crans-Montana Switzerland has resulted in mass fatalities and burn injuries.

So many interconnected factors point to a big energy accumulation in that location at that time. All 5 outer planets were interconnected plus the dangerous potential of asteroid Chiron. Sun Moon Venus and Mars also play their part in this disaster.

The Libra-Aries axis identifies the social gathering . Chiron in Aries points to the fiery event. Witnesses say one or more sparkler "candles" were placed on top of champagne bottles and one candle ignited the ceiling with rapid spread of fire. 

It is reported that sound-proofing fabric covered the ceiling and this ignited and rapidly spread.

Combustible gases have been quoted as a likely factor in the fire spread. Neptune is also aligned with gas.

With Chiron remaining in Aries - and effective into 2027 - fire hazards at particular points of activation require ongoing awareness and precautions.

Aries is also an aggressive fiery emotional energy under certain conditions and in 2026 this too requires extra awareness in private and public contexts in due to the number of factors increasing such expressions in people with that potential.

On  the level of meaning -as we try to comprehend such large scale tragedies - this period 2025-2026  is highly charged with spiritual significance. In 2018 the year's lunations staring in January have featured a string of 27 degree positions including the first supermoon in January. The last relevant lunation before activity started in April was the March combo of New Moon plus Chiron at 27 degrees Pisces and Uranus at 27 Aries with Venus at 12 Aries. This  bundling of energy could easily have been the precursor to what began to unfold from late April. Various dates from mid to late May 2018 hold potential triggers -the New Moon window + further that week = 13th-18th. March 2018 astrology - volatile forces dominate before mid-month

An uncomplicated March, mostly dominated by the sensitive and compassionate energy 

of Neptune is not on offer in 2018.

Only within the first week does the Pisces/Neptune energy dominate – Sun, Mercury, Venus, Neptune all in Pisces – but the full moon on the 2nd has Jupiter in Scorpio merging with Mercury and Venus.

Jupiter in Scorpio is such difficult energy to rein in that it typically expresses in serial offending of a sexual nature or a drive for power that can be boundless and annihilating. A person needs advanced self management to channel that extreme capacity into something bearing the energy of healing rather than abusing.

Within 2 days of the Pisces and Scorpio themed full moon former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were found in a critical condition suffering from suspected poisoning.

Death or considerable transformation from the effects of toxic chemistry is well signposted by the Jupiter in Scorpio connection to the Pisces planets as noted at full moon.

Scorpio isn't always lethal but it is often very controlling, suspicious and jealous energy.

The month of March began with Mars sitting adjacent to Pluto, then moving quickly to nudge up alongside Jupiter sequentially gathering all the necessary fuel on board to launch a killer hit.

Cardinal energy courtesy of Saturn already in early Capricorn at the start of March along with Mercury and Venus entering Aries before the end of week one  - adding to the fiery Aries style of Uranus late in its transit of that sign –bolstered as well by Mars in Sagittarius in the weekend of March 10-11. Pluto too is in cardinal Capricorn, effectively at 20-21 degrees all month

This amount of highly activated cardinal energy promises that things will begin –and end, things will be established – and fall apart, things will move at speed – and be stopped in their tracks –much much more action than under a lunar month with dominant Pisces energy.

Jupiter and Venus then have a merging experience in Scorpio-Aries on the 13^th and 14th - at the same time as Saturn and Venus are in mutual antipathy – passionate and consensual for some but high risk and fatal for others. Saturn is a terminating force or at least creating cold, distant, rejection. New Moon at 27 degrees Pisces on the 17th has Uranus tagged on at 27 Aries. 27 is a known potent degree as this is the position at which the centre of our milky way galaxy rotates -27 Sagittarius – and repeated observations have led The Profiler to a proposition that when planets sit at 27 degrees they perform a step-down of those mega forces at the galactic centre – and consequences are observable in the natural forces and sentient beings here on earth.

Typically there is much disturbance of energies under these conditions –expressing environmentally as severe or extreme weather, extreme human behaviour.

• Environmentally the disturbance is always about unbalanced natural forces –which cannot be separated from human imbalances and extremes as both planes of existence are in mutual feedback.

• All four forces of nature are activated strongly in March: Fire through Aries and Mars, Earth through Saturn, Wind/Air through Uranus and Neptune influencing Water - and so where the balances are not in place then any or all of these can be eruptive, violent, excessive, destructive.

• March 2018 is not a period suitable for taking chances or risks whether that is with the forces of nature or with people who are about to tip or explode.

Fundamentally the cardinal signs [Aries Libra Cancer Capricorn] are all about relating – to Self to Other to those needing to be nurtured guided or managed.

The onus is on all of us to get this right and the deterioration in this fundamental familial structure has already shown us how much can go wrong in the world when we lack even basic relating skills such as empathy, support, negotiation, compromise. 

Further than this is the necessity of passing through the appropriate stages of emotional development in order to function as a balanced adult. 

This critical issue has been overlooked in a world driven by economic agendas and financial pressures but when the fundamental unit of human society, the family, fails in its purpose, we all fail.

Saturn in Capricorn for a 3 year period will raise this issue of the family-society connection.

At those periods every year when Saturn is at odds with Venus or the Sun relating issues and responsibilities will be confronted by many.  

Conflicts between people over the preferencing of the Self over the responsibilities to others - the need to move away from child-like self-interest and towards an adult role prioritising support of others – one partner telling the other “you need to grow up” “you’re a parent now –start acting like it” –these are the voices of Saturn saying Times Up – definitely a hard awakening for those embedded in the Selfie era of self glorification above everything and everyone –and there are connections to the original #TimesUp calling out those who place no boundaries on their own conduct towards others. 

People who show no restraint are effectively acting like unaccountable children operating within adult bodies in adult environments. Time to work on the mismatch.

Firstly 2018 January-February-March-April all contain indicators that severe natural forces are activated in the environment and in human affairs -with the theme of structural collapse persisting in all contexts -ranging from natural structures such as hillsides, shorelines, riverbanks and vegetation to humanly built structures, human networks whether digital or social, business or political. All aspects of our lives and environments are undergoing a massive change and renewal. 
This is a very long term process and the pattern outlined and sustained in the first 4-5 months has activation potential through to August 2018. However a further cycle begins in 2018 signifying earth changes. When Uranus is in Taurus [mid May-early November 2018, early March 2019-late April 2026] the earth itself and its products and related industries, human production of goods, sources of income, our relationship to money and possessions, the physical/material in general are all likely to be expressed in new, different, innovative ways or become very changed. Miniaturisation is one of those processes -objects shrinking, the digitisation and virtualisation or other physical objects/experiences is another. Lab-food or experimental food or unusual -eg insects as food -all of these things already being floated as all collective events cast their shadow before they fully arrive.

December 2017 marks a transition time with Saturn finally ending the current cycle in Sagittarius and entering Capricorn at a time when the lunar nodes will contribute some dramatic effects

The high profile wildfire situation in California has created extreme destruction in the fortnight prior to this post but the risk has not abated. The Thomas Fire in Santa Barbara County is centre stage and with many celebrity residents tweeting their experiences media are fully engaged.

On Dec 16 evacuated residents were allowed to return to Ventura County where the fire began.

There were periods of time when the fire was advancing at a rate of an acre a second

The forecast for December posted late November forewarned of extreme environmental hazards -and their potential to disrupt travel, transit, transport or movement. Indonesia's Mt Agung was then the highest profile event but with that subsiding attention swiftly moved to California.

Mass destruction is a feature of such intense fire events but that quality is highly and increasingly emphasised as the month of December in 2017 proceeds - leading to a special New Year alert 

For this reason the situation in California has to be seen as heading off the scale.

What is adding to the intense destruction under Jupiter in Scorpio is the tight connection to the Leo-Aquarius [fire and wind] contribution from the Moon's nodal axis.

This is all happening while Saturn reaches the end of its 3 years in Sagittarius [relief for many] and starts it' sojourn through Capricorn.

The last 10 degrees in Sagittarius have an overlay of Leo in the decanate system - and the 29th degree is the point of greatest learning/confrontation with karma - and since Saturn itself is a very strong karmic indicator when in the territory of your personal energy field [astrological chart pattern] the late December period is ramping up the intensity: karma is eyeballing a lot of people.

So the fire risk whether in California or in your backyard has to be taken very seriously -the combustibility energy is very prevalent - so this includes all forms of ignitable materials. Other extreme contexts must also be considered -explosions, bombs, destructive ignition - as risks to be avoided.

In the Southern summer hemisphere holiday period social gatherings involving fire, barbecues, fireworks are examples of where to take extra care.

The negative karma related to Saturn in Sagittarius if you lose all your possessions can be around failure to restrain excesses, extravagance, waste - or lack or moderation regarding attachment to things - versus a more humble, simple, spiritually connected existence.

Essentially it is a spiritual lesson and in December if that has not already been absorbed and responded to over the past 3 years then the last degree of Sagittarius is when Saturn will deliver the sting in the tail = a very strong confrontation with the reality of your distance from the fundamentals of life.

Saturn reached 29 degrees on December 11 carrying the themes outlined right to December 20-21 when the Sun and Saturn combine at 29 Sagittarius.

This period could deliver the most dramatic eyeballing of the lessons to be faced since the lunar nodes are triggered in tight connection to Jupiter.

Capricorn is the home base energy of Saturn - it is the zodiac expression of this planet. The first 10 degrees are very strong is expressing the lesson of this 3 year phase - time to absorb the most grown-up, adult, mature, responsible, reliable, disciplined, self-managing, nurturing, mentoring qualities possible to restructure your personality both for your own peace of mind but also to enhance the way your relationships function in every context - private/professional intimate/friendship/family and in your relating to humanity on a large scale.

For Capricorns, Aries, Cancer and Libra in particular [though we all have these signs somewhere in our makeup] the next 3 years are challenging if this psychological shift is not made


In environmental terms, drought is the looming issue in high heat zones with the shift into Saturn in Capricorn officially from Dec 22. 2017 for a 3 year period.

Profiling October 2017: Wild Forces

Wild Forces in the natural atmosphere and in human conduct from early October 2017

Apocalyptic scenes have accompanied the sheer quantity of fires fuelled by wind in the California wildfires which arose from October 8.

The documented status of the situation is reflective of the severity of the forces involved

Extremes in weather, extremes in the force of natural elements have been expressed in this same

time frame as fire, wind, water or rain, lightning, seismic and volcanic unrest.

The Atlantic Hurricane record is sitting close to being matched this season

Disturbed natural elements and forces are inescapably connected to the human condition -and express as agitation, anger, aggression, violence, anxiety, distress, irritation, impatience.

Human and non-human energies struggle to find balance under particular conditions.

The mutual feedback makes this even more intensified: natural extreme forces disturb humans and the disturbed energies expressed by humans alter the balance of natural elements and forces.

In New Zealand in the time frame October 6-10 there were multiple motor vehicle crashes leaving 14 dead and at least 19 injured. This highly unusual spike in road deaths in such a short time frame is reflective of the impact of the prevailing disturbances upon human decision making and behaviour

At the start of October high profile events in Spain and the US involving mass violence saw Spain's riot police injure up to 900 people and one man kill and injure over 500 people

All of these events -human and elemental are connected and occurring under the same influences

What's Going On?

The off-planet forces affecting us.

The fact is we are a very small planet subject to the extreme forces in our solar system and when there is a violent force generated out there Earth gets the consequences.

The exact opposition of Jupiter and Uranus occurred on September 28 at a very significant position - 27 degrees. This is the centre of our Milky Way Galaxy in 2017 and past research into extreme forces on this blog indicates that planets transiting in the range 25-29 degrees serve as funnels for the extreme forces of that galactic centre location 

But not only 27 degrees is a connection point - the 12 degree position is also involved - and when a bunch of 27 and 12 are observed - like September 28 2017 when Neptune sat at 12.15 degrees - then the forces of 3 planets are funnelling the extremes.

By October 11 Jupiter left the sign of Libra -being 3 degrees away from exact opposition with Uranus at 27 Aries - but the forces tapped into 13 days prior remain potent and still in an interacting mode with the planet's atmosphere, elements and people.

The midpoint of the Jupiter-Uranus opposition shifting to 28-29 degrees remains in force in the period Oct 11-18 and therefore would continue to show the sorts of imbalances outlined.

What intensifies the outcomes could be indicated by Jupiter now entering Scorpio [ the full period being October 10 2017 to November 8 2018 ]

One of the indicators of Jupiter in Scorpio in the human realm is mass fatalities -due to those people in the population who have the capacity to inflict such an outcome -or due to natural forces.

Pluto - the planetary indicator of all things connected to Scorpio is likely to be an aggravating force when in negative connection with another planetary force.

In October this is 9-10-11 when Pluto links to the Sun and Mercury and 27-28-29th when Pluto links to Venus.

Though Uranus has more to deliver, Pluto and Jupiter are also ones to watch now and in the months ahead and into 2018 due to the extreme forces that arise when they are unleashed environmentally and through particular people.

During enhanced threat periods such as this, individual welfare will be improved by careful self management and well-reasoned decision-making.

February 2017 will deliver some fiery energy in multiple forms -the natural fire element is very emphasised, along with high-combustibility which also signifies explosive energy

All species respond to this energy climate so animals as well as humans are susceptible in Feb 2017 to higher levels of aggression. In humans this can range from more than usual irritability right through to outright rage. You will be somewhere on that spectrum but more so if you are unable to burn up the extra adrenal/hormonal flood: exercise, adventure and risk taking activities are more appealing now -but another prevailing effect is ready to deliver difficulties if the exuberance goes to excess.

This amount of adversarial, potentially argumentative energy is also best used in controlled competitive environments like sport -but again with self control.

The Saturday 11th eclipse in Leo adds more fire to the already present Aries and Sagittarius energies. Police, Fire Services and Ambulances will get a lot of activity in February: fights, accidents, car crashes, stabbings, shootings, fire/arson/explosions all more prevalent than usual.

Making things worse is a political climate veering rapidly across the globe towards repressive policies which are anti-humanitarian. The political brutality generated with Pluto's passage of Capricorn is amplified in February by connection to the nodal points that feed back to the Sun and Moon.

The end of January 2017 global protests against US President Donald Trump's policies look set to expand and endure even into March.

A nation that feels inherently secure does not need to banish broad swathes of humanity but until the end of 2017 a pronounced fear of the foreign has more opportunity to take root where that fear is encouraged.

September 2016 Full Moon Eclipse

1. A week of tense, nit-picky, hair-splitting, impatient activity precedes the Sept 16/17 full moon lunar eclipse.

2.The eclipse itself is no less complicated - with high-energy activations amplifying eclipse potentials beyond the focal polarity of the Virgo Sun and Pisces Moon. These signs when strongly emphasised are often implicated in extreme weather events. The added forces tagging along also place strain on the earth's crust = more potential for seismic activity in vulnerable locations.

3. This eclipse perpetuates the purification aggression theme identified as being a persistent theme in recent months....
All people intent on promoting separatist beliefs and claiming greater purity than others [human or any species] are aggravated further by this eclipse to feel an entitlement to eliminate those they see as inferior, impure or pest species or people – and so an aggressive drive is activated to kill or attack physically or symbolically –with weapons or words, those believed to pose an impurity threat.

This manifests clearly in fundamentalist faith-based acts of murderous aggression but the compulsion is not limited to the most high profile sectors in this era. Inter-racial discord is another manifestation as well as faith vs faith, men vs women, humans vs animals – any sector where belief inspires a hatred of another category of life form.

In one-to-one conflicts, this theme of superior purity of ideas is easily channelled into   

a tendency to be too direct, too blunt, be too assertive or aggressive in pursuing an idealistic or overly correct/purist personal agenda, a risk of appearing too selfish, impatient – but of course there are consequences – being too driven by your own agenda could result in the other person being emotionally wounded and suffer significant loss of self esteem.
Purification aggression is clearly not limited to human interactions: our species is populated by many with a domination gene, a mindset of totally superiority over all beings. The desire to eradicate certain biological species or variants and create a perfect natural ecology is also part of this disease of imbalanced perspective. The domestic cat species is on the eradication list globally, especially feral variants on account of the purification agenda. The sense of human entitlement to order natural balances is a deeply flawed position.

People affected strongly by this eclipse will have planets positioned in the range 22-25 degrees –especially if in water or fire signs

Eclipses have wide ranging periods of influence - can be triggered in advance -[eg August 2016 for this eclipse] and during at least 6 months ahead by activating planets.

Pisces is the most tolerant, inclusive, compassionate mental perspective but is prone to blind faith

Sagittarius is the philosophical and belief-focussed mind – Mars in Sagittarius further energised by impatient, aggressive Uranus in Aries creates a force at odds with Pisces and Virgo – producing more negative outcomes

Gemini becomes activated automatically through being part of the dominant energy pattern of the eclipse
