In Copenhagen Denmark Wall went of her own volition aboard Madsen's mini-submarine on Thursday evening August 10 2017 in order to write a profile of him. He evacuated from the sinking sub the next day saying first he had dropped her off at the port..then saying she had died on board in an accident and her body was disposed of into the sea.
Her dismembered headless corpse was found on August 21 washed up on a local beach despite clear efforts to weigh down and reduce the body's buoyancy.
The sub was reclaimed from the seabed and DNA from blood found on board was matched with Kim Wall.
Madsen was initially held on a preliminary charge of involuntary manslaughter.

Public interest in such a case is highly activated due to the strange, offensive and mysterious details.
Many will immediately see murder with sexual or gruesome elements. Others say they know Madsen had a combative personality with a reactive temper...but they never saw violence.
This case is likely to involve the fundamental ingredients of gender politics and so if testimonials regarding Madsen's personality were overwhelmingly from male associates they were unlikely to be the triggers for the worst potentials he may have been capable of.
Madsen was reportedly raised from the age of 6 by his allegedly abusive father [parents separated] along with four brothers.
Madsen's father was reportedly 36 years older than his wife.
After his damaging childhood Madsen as a teenager found a source of empowerment -through building rockets - which led to high ambitions in the space industry. The psychological elements related to creating massive power and leaving the planet are evident. But outer space was not enough - operating in the undersea environment in a huge machine -a self built submarine - became another obsession
So now the fundamental elements of Peter Madsen have been detailed: a childhood experienced as abusive, separation from his mother, a desire for empowerment, an unpleasant temper, obsessive dedication to extend his powers into other worlds.

Entanglement

Then in August 2017 a female journalist 16 years younger than him arrives in the early evening to carry out a profile interview while aboard the submarine.
Kim Wall had already at age 30 accumulated a stellar CV as an investigative freelance journalist. This was her home territory though her career came to involve constant travel and living overseas. She was a bright, bold and good humoured personality with a humanitarian heart, a strong sense of social justice, including feminist principles.

The last remaining images of Wall shows her standing with Madsen in the tower of the submarine Wall clearly smiling. Most likely anticipating yet another in her long succession of adventures - but this one had none of the overtly threatening hallmarks like the danger zones she had already passed through and survived.
This one was a fatal entanglement where two people's energies locked together in a highly volatile mixture -and the indicators are readily identifiable showing how intense this encounter was and how fated...as if Kim Wall sleep-walked to her death.

The Astrological Factors

Astrology is a language and the planets provide the words that identify different kinds of energy.

The geometric angles of connection are examined to see which energies are strongly entangled.

Judge Burkoe said:

"We are talking about a cynical and planned sexual assault and brutal murder of a random woman, who in connection with her journalistic work had accepted an offer to go sailing in the defendant's submarine."
She said Madsen had "failed to give trustworthy explanations" and had "shown an interest for the killing and maiming of people and has shown an interest for impaling".

There was only one significant factor allowing Miro to keep himself anchored or earthed enough to avoid extreme dysfunctionality: Saturn in the balancing sign Libra provided enough of an antidote to the extremely intense forces he had to work with – four planets in Gemini –being Moon and Mars adding to the Pluto-Neptune mix means he had an awful lot going on in his head; Jupiter and Uranus add in excesses and chaos to the mix and Mercury linking to all the forementioned planets means his planetary channel of mental functioning is receiving a huge amount of information. Is the complexity of his artwork any surprise? Work done in different periods shows different prevailing influences but all his stylistic elements show correspondences with the dominance of one or more of Miro’s driving forces – from the most intense and complex to the minimalist symbolic works infused with motifs of surrealism, cosmic symbology, dreams, the unconscious, dematerialised space.

That Miro expressed his highly energised mind through art comes as no surprise when the combination of Venus, north lunar node, Sun and Jupiter all in the elevated high noon position. These ingredients bring together Venus and planets in the connected sign Taurus [Sun, Jupiter] all in association with the destiny indicator the north lunar node. 

Libra and Leo are the two signs most associated with fine art and creativity and Taurus with sensory perception. Miro has Saturn in Libra which is a good structural or compositional sense; Leo is the sign rising at his birth and the Venus-Node combination in Aries has a polarity link with Libra [opposite signs are in feedback as in any dipolar magnetic system] In other words his Aries elements were equally capable of operating like Libra.

 In combination Miro possessed not only a medley of exceptionally creative traits evidenced by the factors just noted, but also a mid capable of transporting those talents somewhere no one had gone before.

His serious side –describing himself as tragic and tormented and capable of being viewed as constrained – all showing the influence of  Saturn so closely opposed to the mentally functioning Mercury – whereas in terms of pure contradiction Miro himself recognised the humorous and playful aspects of his work and others would detect spontaneity in the man himself. These balancing qualities come from the close conjunction of Jupiter to the Sun and Uranus offsetting some of Saturn’s hardest traits.

Miro’s first solo show was in 1918. Fittingly he was drawn to the avant garde especially surrealist practitioners of the era. By 1922 he showed his capacity for astute deconstruction  of material reality – identifying the canvas as a magnetic field activated by an electric current and the opportunity for the laws of gravity to be challenged. 

Great strides in further subversion were made by 1924 with Miro’s stated intent to transform the ‘canvas into a neutral indeterminate surface where figures could float free as dream-like signs within a transfigured world’ [Candela p10-11]

Surrealism had given Miro licence to express his transcended vision, surpassing the limitations of even Cubism’s multi-perspective revolution – for Miro space was a much more dimensional domain and thus his alignment is clear with much later 20^th century physicists who adhere to theories of physical space extending up to 26 dimensions

Picasso’s birth pre-dates Miro by over 11 years and so the planetary factors giving rise to his personal energetic blueprint are in a different category – so distinct in fact that Miro warrants more acclaim for his scientifically accurate perception of reality, long before such aspects of physics were determined or given theoretical credence

Picasso’s artistic credentials comply with the expected correspondences: he has creatively prominent Leo as his rising sign; Venus the indicator of aesthetic sensitivity in Libra –the sign most associated with fine art; a predominance of factors [6 in total] in Taurus-Scorpio adds to the picture via the strong attunement to sensory faculties endowed by those energies.

Were it not for further ingredients, Picasso could have been someone immersed in a very prolific creative occupation. Jupiter in Taurus created the abundance of his work and typically of Taurus a fondness for the tactile shown in his large body of three dimensional work, including ceramics, collage, costume, theatre sets  plus an often heavily gestural style. An enduring love of voluptuous forms is evident -  as well as the recurrent Bull motif. Life in all its earthly Taurean glory is offset with death and destruction elements [Scorpio] including skull imagery.

Pluto, Neptune and Uranus also have major roles to play in lifting Picasso beyond a merely successful career. Pluto enables an extremely penetrating insight and awareness. Placed in such connectivity to Mercury [mind] and in Taurus gave Picasso a metaphysical awareness – a capacity to understand the transcendance of material reality – its destruction and renewal.

Neptune in Taurus conceptualises the dissolution process, dematerialising the object. So much of Picasso’s work is about line, contour.

Uranus brings a strong influence to his Sun [by semisquare angle] and the Sun’s interaction with Jupiter-Neptune [the midpoint of these connects to Uranus] and this ingredient is the avant garde indicator –the rule-breaking, subversive and overall unconventional capacity which lights revolutionary fires.

Although Picasso clearly broke ground in the canon of Western art history and remains enduringly significant, that status may be more as a result of work that reflects his attachment to the earthly domains which make people secure and comfortable – even when rather oddly packaged - versus Miro’s desire to portray unrecognisable and bizarre symbolic and dreamlike realms where many fear to tread

In the longer stretch of global cultural history, Miro’s vision is likely to have renewed spike’s of relevance since the energetic pathway denoted by the spatial orbits of the signifiers Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter are increasingly engaged in shared cycles emphasising the conceptual over the form, the idea over the object –a process emerging in fine art since the radical revisions of Dada, Cubism and Surrealism opened the doorway to alternative ways of perception.

Outer planetary transits through the Air signs Gemini, Libra, Aquarius bring about more conceptual or ideas focussed consciousness in the collective of humanity. Positions in the water sign Pisces also add to a dissolving of material attachments in the mind.

Every Moment Changes. Why?

A moment frozen in time

Every Moment Changes. Stop a moment and take note. Even if you are in an isolation chamber with extreme reduction in sensory information, there will be indicators of continual change in every moment. Even if your heart beat and your breathing remain apparently constant to your perceptions, your mind will struggle to maintain any length of focus. Your body is engaged in constantly changing processes, mainly beyond your awareness, until a pain, a pressure, an itch, a pleasure arises. Every moment changes.
In your daily world if you pause while immersed in everyday input, you can observe the run of conversation or audio sound, the variations in the breeze, the random dog barking, birds in motion, traffic and how from moment to moment one or another rises then subsides providing a morphing soup of sounds and visions
I know of only two explanations that work in terms of explaining why every moment is different from all others. One is Buddhist philosophy, with karma being the determining cause of all conditions arising and dissolving. The other is astrology -  and the two perspectives have much in common.
Astrology is a language for the interpretation of energetic patterns which are identified at the time of a person's birth. Karma is the sum of conditions that relate to a person at each moment in time and at the point of birth can be identified in a person's astrological birth chart.
Karma changes continually, as does the birth chart - since the planetary energies are in constant cycles with perpetual variability in relationship to each other. An astrological analysis made at any point in a person's life identifies what changes exist at that point in relationship to the original astrological or karmic template pictured at the start of life as a separate being, i.e. birth. Astrology can also look at pre-birth conditions from the conception phase and during gestation to look at (karmic) imprints received via the mother and her experiences. Fascinating stuff.  Yet so few on this earth have the blessing (karma) of understanding the depth and capacity of astrology to provide self understanding and that of others.
The other Buddhist concept ignorance prevails in terms of how astrology has been denigrated, misunderstood and maligned - largely via misinformation through media sources and where far more emphasis is given to pop astrology - where simplistic or fun readings are made into a weekly column.
The use of astrological knowledge is more likely than not to have been a universal human practice since ancient times and in western culture the most dramatic shift occurred when Christianity first absorbed then rejected any ancient knowledge of this type which could be seen to challenge or threaten the Church. Centuries of this type of thinking have sidelined astrology in the West, while Eastern and tribal cultures are likely to maintain their practices.

The merging of East and West is a phenomenon in process on many levels in this age, as an important method of balancing. The more that westerners can embrace ancient & Eastern philosophies, the greater wholeness of mind and spirit can be achieved. It is a two way process as well, with western influences spreading across the globe.

Canterbury & Christchurch Earthquakes 2013

Seismic activity in Canterbury and Christchurch New Zealand has acquired a renewed uptick, commencing January 2013.

[For prior documentation of quake events impacting the region, since the initial event of September 4 2010, please refer to posts such as Christchurch Shakes Again and Again. and the end of 2012 summary.]

January 2013 data shows date time, magnitude, depth and location of a strong event.
Jan 19 2013 @ 9.15 pm M4.62, 11.8 kms deep, 380m from 265 Selwyn Rd Rolleston

This magnitude does not fall in the Top 100 range for the region (min Mag 4.74)
but there has not been one of similar size since April 12 2012 M4.60 in the east at New Brighton. Between April 12 2012 and prior to this 2013 event of M4.42, only 4 aftershocks have exceeded M4.6, all in the middle months of 2012, and the last being:

July 6 2012 M4.88  12.62kms deep, 130m from 246 Brookside Rd Rolleston Canterbury

What these two events have in common is their location in the region of  the eastern surface rupturing of the initiating Greendale Fault of September 2010.

On Jan 19 2013 further aftershocks were at 9.48pm (M2.38) - in the region of the first
On Jan 20 2013 two aftershocks ( M3.59, M3.05 occurred in the morning - 7.09, 7.17 am. Both of these were in the region of the western end of the Greendale fault.

A gradual quietening of activity in recent months has lulled locals into less expectation of jolts but local seismologist Mark Chadwick expects aftershocks in the range of M3.
Relatively shallow rumblings have reawakened.

Quakelive provides an intriguing data graphic re the time of day since Sept 4 2010 of quakes in Chch-Canterbury M3+. 
In overall frequency, 2pm is the top ranked time of day for the earth to move in the overall region of Canterbury in this current swag of seismic sequences.
2pm also has a sizeable chunk of the M4+ events - but not the most M5+ - that honour goes to 4am - and its neighbour 5am gets special mention for its top spot in the M4+ category

January 30 2013
In a surprising development, (due to location) two aftershocks (?)  have occurred this afternoon, south of Akaroa on the seafloor - around latitude 43.53S - M3.79 and M3.11 in close succession

In the Top 100 events (M4.74 is current holder of the 100th position), the aftershock on Oct 8 2011 at 4.17 pm, M4.81, depth 7.18kms is the furtherest south event -  being in Richfield Road, Port Levy, which is 43.40S latitude

Clustering around New Moon, an area south east of Rolleston is showing a string of quakes up to M3.8, adding vigour to the energy output of this long sequence

February 22 2013

The two-year anniversary is commemorated in respect of the 2nd and most destructive event in the sequences since Sept 4 2010 - The Press reports
Almost as if in response, the largest shake since Feb 10 occurs in Pegasus Bay - 5 tonnes of energy at 9kms deep, at 2.54 am - yes the current sequence still contains considerable energy, being in a sustained up phase for the past month according to the energy graphs such as Quakemap

Death of a Cathedral - a drone camera filmed inside the Christchurch Cathedral this week, upsetting and frustrating the Bishop Victoria Matthews, who says legal wrangles over the fate of the building are leading it to "die without dignity" with ongoing aftershocks and environmental effects. -

Interesting that the Christian perspective is so different from the Buddhist when it comes to change, transformation and death.  The acceptance of these three fundamentals of life is so central to Buddhist philosophy yet so problematic in a Christian framework.

A late night M3.9 quake in Pegasus Bay is the largest in the region since 19 January 2013 - this being 9 tonnes, 7.7kms deep around 11pm. Further confirmation of renewed energy in this sequence.

This Quakelive graphic shows that from mid July 2012-mid January 2013 there were repeated lulls in regional activity. since then, continual higher energy events up to M4.6 (Jan 19 2013)

For some perspective:
The initial rural Darfield, Canterbury quake of M7.1 on Sept 4 2010 released 671 kilotonnes of energy 

The next highest quake M6.3 -damaging central Christchurch released 49 kilotonnes

It takes at least a M5.2 to release a kilotonne.

It is currently around a 50/50 or even split in the top 25 quakes as to geolocation - west versus central and east to seafloor.

Clearly the much lower energy releases have extreme destructive potential, and anything over M7 is catastrophic if in an urban density.

Three of the largest quakes (M3.2-M3.9, from 8-12kms deep) in recent days have all occurred in Pegasus Bay showing renewed activation there.

March 13 2013
Quake energy across the region has declined since March 4 
Central city Red Zone footage taken recently shows the extent of the CBD still stuck in a time warp

The Press reports: 
The central city remains off-limits to residents.
The red zone, renamed the 'rebuild zone' by politicians, is expected to be reopened by June, although many areas will remain fenced off.

Update August 16 2013

This day saw a sudden resumption of high level seismic activity centred in Marlborough, with a M6.6 shake and strong aftershocks. This activity is consistent with the August -High Risk forecast published in June - which indicates further caution is recommended in the latter period of this month. Christchurch/Canterbury may well be registering resonant effects.
