This week, late on February 23 2014, Universal Time, Neptune in Pisces conjuncted the Sun in Pisces.
Neptune & the Sun are in the 6th house = matters concerning work and health/diet/nutrition re drugs/alcohol/allergies/sensitivities especially come to the fore
The chart itself emphasises all of the mutable signs - Pisces, Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius - since the horizontal and vertical axes contain the whole set, plus the Moon is conjuncted to the IC point in Sagittarius.
These 4 are the most sensitive signs -in terms of being affected, influenced, changed -due to sensitivity to subtle energies
[compare Taurus, fixed sign, very sensitive to physical stimuli, the 5 senses of taste, touch, smell, sound and vision.
Of the 4 mutable signs, mutable water = Pisces is the most energetically sensitive and so with this Neptune to Sun conjunction having global effects,more people than usual are subjected to feeling extra sensitive to the pain & suffering of others and thus compassion.
On a physical level a dissipation of energy is likely for many -feeling wiped out, weak, exhausted, sleepy -this could be a consequence of substances, toxicity, infection.
Drugs, alcohol, poor diet, lack of sleep, poisoning, viral infection are the common suspects -but with Pisces, even more subtle causes can underlie the superficial explanations.
In Auckland, New Zealand the chart has a different emphasis:
Extreme sensitivity is often involved in cases of suicide.
Already in recent days the issue of cyber-bullying is to the fore in NZ and Australia raised anew by the suicide on Feb 22 2014, of media person Charlotte Dawson who left NZ for Australia due to perceived harsh treatment. Presumably a deliberate overdose of medication was involved, since that was her method of choice on a prior attempt.

Though her Sun sign was feisty Aries her achilles heel was her Pisces energy:

Venus is also in Pisces [1.19] so is not in close connection to the above.
Jupiter in Gemini at 25.19 is extremely close to an exact 90 degree angle [square] to the triple Pisces conjunction. This creates a highly active, non stop mind, full of thoughts. This aggravating factor gave Charlotte no peace from the woundedness and perpetual self destructive thoughts she faced from Day One -a pattern she came into this life with and endured throughout her 47 years.
The timing of her death is most probably linked to the current position of Saturn in February 2014, lingering around 23 Scorpio -a position activating and aggravating her 23 degree Pisces triple conjunction.
With her Moon at birth in late Scorpio [exact time of birth not known] it is also likely Saturn was having an effect on Charlotte's emotional state as well.
Then the Neptune-Sun conjunction in Pisces was the ultimate call to escape via her method of choice. Pisces is the undifferentiated sense of being totally connected to all of existence, in a spiritual sense as well as the ideal condition of the fetus in the womb when the mother is energetically connected to the child.
With Saturn in Pisces this sense of connectedness does not exist in the mind.
This can be alleviated by the cultivation of a very profound spiritual consciousness, since ultimately our connection to the totality of existence transcends individual bonds, even that of mother & child.
Extremely sad and heartbreaking to see such potential,talent and life extinguished.
Charlotte faced a huge challenge in the nature of her own mind.
The intensity of that challenge as evidenced by the triple conjunction is a clear sign of the past life origins of her issues and the mammoth test she faced to resolve the suffering in her soul.
The task of such an intense struggle would have defeated many if not most people.
I wish her much greater support in her next incarnation

A
chilling mirror event reported in New York, as fashion model L'Wren
Scott
is found dead in New York on March 17 from an apparent suicidal act.
Ms
Scott has some standout factors in her date of birth pattern [January
1 1967] which match closely those in Charlotte Dawson's -born April 8 1966.
[note:
conflicting birthdates have been sourced but 1967 has strong
credibility. Ms Scott was said to be secretive about divulging her birth data and the date most quoted -
April 28 1964
- is very hard to reconcile with the tragedy of March 17 2014.
She reinvented her name in 1985 upon leaving her Utah home for a career in Paris and reinventing a birthdate would be consistent with that transformational impulse - she would have not wanted her youth to be any impediment. Leaving home at 18 she said she was visiting a friend in New York - instead L'Wren flew one-way to Paris - bolstered by the confidence of photographer Bruce Weber that she would make it there.
By claiming to be born in 1964 & thus 3 years older, the newly created L'Wren was now aged 21 a generally accepted age of adult independence.
Her intense attraction to the world of fashion even seems reflected in the connection to New York based fashion designer Ralph Lauren -the likely source of her creatively constructed name L'Wren]

Being born a Capricorn, the situation of Saturn in Pisces gains even more significance
Deep
seated sense of vulnerability, fragility, woundedness along with
critical/destructive self analysis are qualities related to Chiron, Saturn, Virgo and when combined with Pisces the sense of someone adrift, not anchored in a firm identity.
Charlotte and L'Wren both being children adopted into non-related families represent the deep wounding that can persist despite being loved or well-raised and despite outward blessings, achievements, social status. For some, the deep-seated crushing blow to their sense of identity and self worth is never eradicated & can manifest in traits such as an over-compensatory tough exterior, an outwardly bold personality.

In
March 2014 from the 12th-13th, the Sun in Pisces activated directly
first the Chiron position at 22 Pisces, then the Saturn position on
March 14-15.
Already
the Sun had passed opposite her Pluto position on March 10-11 and
would pass as well opposite her Uranus position on March 14-15
This
time frame now entered into the building Full Moon in Pisces with the
Sun at 26 Pisces and the Moon at 26 Virgo on the 16th [Universal
Time].
Over
the period of a week of cascading activations, intensity of her inner
wounds became too much to bear by the morning of March 17.
This
collection of energy surrounding L'Wren was not the only factor:
Born
with the Sun close to 10 degrees Capricorn she is one of many people
currently under the immense stress of three planets - Jupiter, Uranus
and Pluto -presently all lingering around 10 degrees.
The
pressure from three potentially very destructive forces all in
connection was the added factor, significant alone in itself.
Ms Scott has many hallmarks of Capricorn energy -the high ambitions -leaving her financially modest but family-rich upbringing for a life amongst high achievers, dating wealthy, highly successful much older men, she was very keen to marry Mick Jagger.

Suicide
can have many motivations, one being a desire to "go to sleep
& not wake up" or "return to the source of all
connectedness" or "end the pain by escaping". These
are all thoughts of a Pisces kind. The ideal state in the womb is
Piscean bliss.
