This is a global report observed from the perspective of Deep Space.

October begins in the wake of a big coronal mass ejection from the Sun.

 This LASCO3 image shows the enormity of scale -the sun, outlined in white behind the dark blue occulting disc. The event was spawned from a massive filament eruption noted in a Spaceweather report:

The "quiet" is the underwhelming level of x-ray activity & overall magnetic activity at this period of supposed peak in solar cycle 24.
But filaments are another story and they are providing the most action of late.

Using a holistic approach the issues and activity of the sun are factored in as having significant if not dominant connection to conditions on planet earth.
Furthermore, the issues and conditions affecting the rest of the solar system are of considerable significance and cannot be overlooked in a holistic analysis.

The beginnings of the filament eruption occurred close to 9.45pm Universal Time on Sunday September 29, followed by the massive output of charged material into the solar system environment.
Earth and its human technologies being the best currently available laboratory for observing corresponding effects, records very evident flow-on effects from solar and solar system activity, for those who wish to see them and connect the dots beyond the limited focus of the mainstream science community.
The earth's tectonic plates are significantly affected by spaceweather - the consequences of solar processes and other consequences of the galactic bodies enacting their ongoing tumultuous processes of destruction and rebirth.

It seems he has been unable to sustain the ascendancy achieved in the first half of the regatta -and what was evident when this analysis was first made.

Like a tidal flow, karma has turned this into a fascinating tale of twists and turns.

As forewarned in my report Full Moon & Karma September 2013 much has unfolded to exemplify the intensity of karma in effect -and on display this month.
For the tiny nation, virtual fish-bowl called New Zealand, the extended drama of the America's Cup yacht race has been a collective lesson in reality -as opposed to mass delusion.
This is sport. There are rules. One team wins. There's always another year. Nature is unpredictable and uncontrollable. Everything is about the changing balance of karma.

Using very basic level analysis comparing the birthday energies of skippers James Spithill (US team) and Dean Barker (NZ team) it seemed likely that Barker & thus Team NZ would take the Cup.
This was not a guarantee of an easy victory despite NZ rampaging spectacularly to 8 points in a 9 points game
On Sept 19 I wrote

Five days later and the balance of power [Uranus square Pluto] has flipped and Team US now have climbed to 6 wins to NZ stuck on 8.

Races 17-18 update - held Weds 25 NZ time/Tues 24 in San Francisco
Barker & team tried valiantly at times but struck penalties and made faulty decisions, leaving the speedy & skilfull Spithill & team to win both races and place the two teams on an 8-8 even footing.
The cliffhanger is awaited. The logical foregone conclusion now rests in the lap of Oracle Team US since their momentum has seen them produce a staggering succession of wins.
At this point on skill alone, they deserve it.

Does the prediction still hold?
Risky moves based on little data aren't worth betting on because the hidden stuff could hold the biggest clue and despite the bulk of NZ's population swaying from ecstacy to agony over a period of days - and the reverse for US fans it remains to be seen how this longest regatta in the Cup's history - beating the last holder by a week - will come to a completion.
I'll stick to the forecast outcome of a NZ win in the absence of a competing conclusion using the same methodology of energy analysis.
Only days ago logic and mathematics  made the regatta a foregone conclusion for NZ fans but karma is not about logic or mathematics.

The unpredictable is in effect in full sway in the 2013 regatta as well as well as the embedded trials and tribulation that comes attached to great responsibility.

The question is: which collective of skipper-team-backers-sponsors-fans has the karma to win at this time ?

9. Obtain the girdle of Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons.

11. Steal the apples of the Hesperides (He had the help of Atlas to pick them after Hercules had slain Ladon).
12. Capture and bring back Cerberus.

The karmic intensity operating this month has given rise to delays, difficulties, disasters, hardship, negativity, depressed moods, blocks, obstructions for many - and this collection of keywords make an easy fit when analysing the 2013 Cup final event and it's effects on the broader mass of people engaged.
This qualifies as a mass or collective karma situation with the potential to affect the mids if not lives of many but the situation demands a mature response:

Though the Americans - and the Oracle team -  may have been in agony in the first half of the regatta - it is the New Zealand team and kiwis in general who ultimately suffered the greatest during this unusually extended event with an unbelievable scenario of fortunes being so dramatically reversed. The event as a case study in collective karma shows how the prevailing energies related to power and empowerment vs disempowerment were spectacularly highlighted. Astro-analysis has highlighted in my September report how this was a primary issue for the month. NZers began to use the term "gutted" a reference to disembowelment and hence fatal disempowerment long before the final race in the Cup. 
Even the main TVNZ commentator - a beacon of depression - used the term after the final defeat, reinforcing a collective sense of victimhood, negativity and generalised stress impacting a big sector of New Zealand society in response to one sporting loss.
The issue of power vs powerlessness has therefore arisen prominently as a major issue for people who overly invest and identify their worth in the outcome of a sports event. We know this happens all over the world, not just in a tiny island nation at the bottom of the world. The point is that this is clearly unhealthy and uphelpful and so it is worthwhile that people be guided out of this delusion and helped to question their self-imposed mental disempowerment.
The popular notion that money won the Cup is valid enough in a context where money increasingly wins democratic elections across the world. The association of the privileged wealthy class with sailboat sport is yet another reminder of social inequality in an era where this is a hot topic -and will continue to dominate global headlines.
Internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom has put his hand up to financially support a future Team NZ challenge. This gesture could be viewed as political opportunism, in view of his intention to back a new political party in New Zealand, and positioning him further into the mega-rich bear pit rather than a philanthropist of benefit to the struggling citizenry.

September 2013 : spotlight on Earth from space

With strong atmospheric turbulence evident in diverse locations [Asia, Spain, US, Atlantic, South Is. New Zealand] in the first part of September, reference is made to the advisory contained in my August 2013 report:

August 31-September 1st  there is an emphasis on extreme forces due to the opposition  midpoint of Jupiter to Pluto being at right angles to the position of Uranus. 

Violent, coercive, dangerous, destructive energies can manifest as aggressive, homicidal acts as well as natural elements with annihilating force.

Under this influence there is heightened likelihood of terrorist and militaristic activity as well as criminal aggression involving the misuse of power. 
Natural elements are likely to reveal extreme weather events in various global locations as well as enhanced structural strain resulting in seismic events in vulnerable zones.

This analysis has had extended relevance into September well beyond the point of angular exactitude between Pluto-Jupiter-Uranus - and interestingly, for Canterbury New Zealand the forewarned environmental threat has manifested not as seismic unrest from beneath the ground, but as violent forces from above. As in September 2010 the effects have stuck 2 weeks after the Jupiter-Pluto exact angle.

This Full Moon at virtually 27 degrees is an activator of the Galactic Centre which is currently 27 Sagittarius [Search Galactic Centre on this blog for detailed reports on its meaning]

This connection is an intense one for galactic forces being funneled into earth's atmosphere = the outcome being strong stormy weather at the very least in diverse global locations and extreme natural forces being unleashed in some situations. Vulnerable places are often found to be repeatedly targeted over decades - another example of karma
Full and New Moon effects have an activation period covering a lunar month - i.e. until the next month's new or full moon and can be triggered repeatedly in that time frame

When Pisces is highlighted expect floods, torrential rain or any extreme weather event with a strong water factor.
These events tend to have a domino effect encompassing material destruction and loss of life. This type of scenario is given more than usual emphasis due to the planetary mix which synergises with destructive potentials in the period of particularly the 3rd week of September 2013

The finale of the America's Cup clusters around the Pisces full moon - which adds more intensity to atmospheric elements -wind and tidal forces - so not surprising that these have been a factor in earlier races. Do the organisers plan for this?

A very brief analysis - since the time of birth is not available for full chart analysis of both skippers -  gives credence to a New Zealand win:

Oracle have been on an upsurge but Barker still looks capable of this being his peak achievement -problem being with Saturn in the mix - delays, difficulties and hard work are part of the deal. The dreaded Race 13 stymies NZ again. Those who employ numerology will know the associations linked to 13 - since it reduces - add 1+ 3 -  to the number 4. Four is linked to the planet Saturn and accordingly the prevailing strong Saturn energies are accentuated where the number 4 or its associates [eg 13, 31, 40] arise.
The outcome for Team NZ was a race effectively won by skill and hard work in unhelpful [restricted wind] conditions - but a lack of speed led to failing to complete the race course within the 40  minute time limit for racing. Several keywords related to Saturn were in effect.

When I used the word "karma" for this month -the word "calmer" didn't come to mind -but wind issues -lack of it and unhelpful direction have plagued the expected outcome for this and the past racing day. Pluto in strong association with Uranus may be playing a role here -since Uranus is the wind and Pluto sitting 90 degrees square to Uranus, has begun a stationary-direct path after a retrograde phase. In an almost suspended period of intensity.
In New Zealand there has been two days in different locations, of extremely intense torrential thunderstorms.
New Zealanders are displaying great signs of stress over the yacht race, despite being extremely close to victory. The Pluto-Uranus process is all about empowerment vs disempowerment - finding your own balance of non-abusive power. This lesson is on the table.

Worth noting too this month is the equinoctial factor: September 22 is the date this year for the exact entry of the Sun into the cardinal point Libra = the northern Autumn or southern Spring equinox.

The other seasonal points occur in Capricorn, Aries and Cancer.
As with all energetic forces the manifestation of their energies is not mechanistic  in their timing as in manufactured clockwork. The rule of thumb is that the period surrounding exactitude is energised and the involvement of other interacting forces [planets] can sustain and re-trigger the energy for extended periods.

The Earth is in the centre, tilted on an angle which allows seasonal variation.

As the earth orbits the sun there are two points offering either maximum or minimum solar contact - maximum at summer solstice, minimum at winter solstice.

These horizontal points in space are angled in respect to Earth and are represented on Earth's mapping system as the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn

Halfway between these two extremes are the equinox points which sit on the angled ecliptic and are therefore angled parallel to Earth's equator. This equates to the zodiac pair Aries-Libra which when added to the tropics signs Cancer-Capricorn comprise the full quartet of cardinal signs associated with the seasons. The sun's rays are focussed more directly at the equatorial region at the equinox times of year - late September and late March

This translates as weather effects - gales and stormy effects are typically experienced around the equinoctial period with the sun's focus at that time having specific effects on air masses in Earth's atmosphere.
Equally vulnerable to storm effects is the solstice phase in late June and late December.
Problematically for inhabitants of planet Earth - in this era of added complicating energies, extreme weather events are now widespread across various periods of the annual calendar making the season markers much less distinctive in their effects.

In 1934 Trotsky's writings  have a very Aquarian collective perspective versus the wealth,[Taurus} and capitalistic rulership [Taurus-Leo] espoused by the bourgeoisie. The same themes related to money, [Taurus] resources and control [Scorpio] being challenged by alternate beliefs [Aquarius] are very relevant in the West in 2013 

Interesting that the last fixed cycle 1934 saw the Australian Labor Party soundly defeated in September of that year - repeated again in September 2013
