It seems humanity is continually in a struggle

 between good and evil

Astrological profiling is a very revealing methodology for identifying energies which are more likely to express as cruel, nasty, manipulative, abusive, domineering and to cascade into violent criminal offending of the grossest kind.

People with hi-risk profiles of this kind may walk a fine line, avoiding judicial consequences on multiple occasions for their criminal conduct due to lack of evidence or testimony -intimidation being a well-used device to ward off accountability. 
Others can contain their behaviour for the large part on account of their highly developed fantasy life -which may forestall the actual acting out of violent criminal acts. These people are walking time-bombs though, like fuel waiting for ignition. Their capacity to contain their violent drives has limits and when that point is breached, mayhem can readily follow, in the territory of murder, torture, rape.
What upsets the volatile people in this category the most is perceived loss of power -since their grip on inner power is negligible they live their lives dominating others and maintaining control to the point of obsession over as much of their life and interactions, as they can.
This behaviour does not represent strength. It represents weakness and that rawness when exposed is what catapults the psyche into meltdown & responses more associated with rampaging primates than with a human raised in society.

No birthdate can be located for Mone but this example shows how the potent potentials of the eclipse resonated so strongly with a person who already had the capacity for extreme violence. His father and sister were also both convicted of violent crimes.

Supermoon August 2014

A sector of the solar system showing the layout relating to August's Supermoon. Astrological components are noted after this general rather grim forecast:

August is a life-changing month for many in 2014 and for a significant number that means literally death -transcending physical existence for the metaphysical.
The prevailing combination of energies are a significant death indicator -  likely on mass scales; high drama, death by fire, in military contexts and at the hands of violent individuals - or at the very least major transformations affecting particular people and places.

Part Two (Sept-Oct-Nov-Dec 2014)
October stands out for two reasons:the eclipses of the sun and moon
Falling after 3 successive Supermoons, the eclipses add further turbulence and geophysical strain into the earth terrestrial and atmospheric environment

The October 23 partial solar eclipse with sun, moon, Venus conjunct in Scorpio highlights the transformational and death signatures of that sign.
Issues of power, power abuse, disempowerment are strongly implicated in Scorpionic themes

What adds a strong environmental punch to this eclipse is the exact positioning of Mars on the Galactic Centre 27 Sagittarius. This degree position is highly sensitive to power planets starting from Mars & all further ones in outer orbit.

The Moon at 12 Scorpio on Oct 24 will intensify Mars' unleashing of galactic level forces - which on earth manifest as intense storm effects and further terrestrial strain adding to the flow-on effects of the October 8 total lunar eclipse - [which has already by October 14 activated significant seismic disturbances in New Zealand, South America]

Due to the 2 eclipses, expect signs of atmospheric/weather turbulence & geophysical strain to be persistent through much of October in vulnerable earth zones

NOVEMBER 2014
Noting the combining effects of Mars and Pluto in Capricorn adversely angled to Uranus in mid November producing much heat, volatility, pressure and structural strain affecting environmental, terrrestrial and biological systems.
Weaknesses, fractures and undermining effects will in some cases be readily overt, but in others, silent and secretive -so in the context of seismic shifts may become evident with the application of further terrestrial strain with the waxing New Moon of November, from the 19th: the Mars-Pluto combination is adversely angled to the Sun-Moon. The added complication is Mars-Pluto at 90 degrees offset to the lunar nodes which is likely to be profound in effects as a result of the contacts made in the period from Nov 19-Nov till the end of the month. 
The Mars-Pluto-Nodes situation has Cardinal group energy and therefore is defined by the issue of BALANCE /IMBALANCE.
This issue underlies extreme weather events and is very relevant in human personal, interpersonal and collective affairs.
Personal relationship dynamics, use/abuse of power in all contexts; political extremism, ruthless ambition

Mars also adversely contacts Neptune which indicates water-related structural effects.

All combined, the second half of November 2014 has much intensity in human affairs as well as the environmental issues noted.

Tensions: 2013-2014 transition

Don't be surprised if you are picking up on the atmosphere of strong vibratory tensions surrounding end of 2013-start of 2014.
The magnetic heliosphere dispensed by our Sun way out to inter-stellar space is a significant ingredient which binds the solar domain into one feedback system of sun, planets and the other stellar bodies -so what happens in one part affects the rest - this underlies our total interconnectedness to everything.
Buddhism is the only faith I know of which explicitly identifies this aspect of reality.

The tensions identified in the given time frame place strain on all biological, technological & natural systems = basically everything from people and animals, electronics, to the weather

The ingredients are:
Sun, Mercury & Pluto all conjoined from 9 to 11 degrees Capricorn -at the top of the wheel
Uranus at 8 Aries on the left is at effective 90 degree angle to the Capricorn grouping
Mars at 11 Libra on the right is opposite Uranus and also at effective 90 degree angle to the Capricorn grouping
[some analysts would add Jupiter to the mix -being at 16 Cancer at start of 2014, therefore forming the shaft of an arrow in relation to the planets shown as an arrowhead. I use much tighter orbs or degrees of variation - but Jupiter if integrated in this pattern would amplify & exaggerate energy expressions = bigger, stronger etc]

This pattern illustrated is termed a T-square & represents an intensity of stress, tension under any circumstances -but when the factors include the aggressive Mars, volatile Uranus, extreme and transformational Pluto to Sun & Mercury the consequences are significant in terms of death and destruction.
Individuals lose their self control due to the pressure so there is more potential for violence, angry outbursts,
Pluto takes the intensity to the maximum so mass deaths, mass destruction, terrorist attacks, brutality, rape & murder are more likely outcomes
With Mercury involved people are vulnerable when walking, cycling, travelling on land by car, bus, train -road crashes, explosions, bombings, road rage all express this influence

This is not a time to take risks or provoke volatile people.
Of course the direct energy does not express itself in all people and all locations -each of us and every place has an energy blueprint or template which will either match strongly i.e. resonate with the stress pattern -or will be unaffected at a primary level [Secondary or indirect effects involve encountering people suffering from primary effects  [eg helping a road crash victim] . Research Vessel Akademik Shokalskiy trapped in Antarctic Ice:
At around 0720hrs AEDT on Christmas Day 2013, the ship became trapped in heavy ice a few miles from the coast of Antarctica, 100 nautical miles east of the French base and approximately 1500NM south of Hobart The icebreakers Xue Long and Aurora Australis and the French research vessel L'Astrolabe, sailed towards the Akademik Shokalskiy to assist.

The icebreaker Xue Long was prevented by thick sea ice from coming closer than about 6NM from the Akademik Shokalskiy, though has remained in open water nearby, able to deploy its helicopter The Astrolabe also turned back, after encountering heavy ice.

With New Year's Eve being traditionally in many locations a time of mass gatherings and drunken revelry this year it is exceptionally important to avoid risktaking: the odds are stacked against you.
New Year's day continues the warning in effect on account of the added ingredient of the New Moon - meaning the Moon joins the Sun at 11 degrees Capricorn bringing even more potency to the already strong potentials.
This is the first Supermoon -near closest contact [perigee] with earth - for 2014 and it occurs when the Moon is in very South declination [at max South on Dec 31] which is another strain factor for the earth crust, seismicity, volcanism.

Magnetic Reversal of the Sun is underway

The sun undergoes cyclic magnetic reversals - the positive polarity [green] becomes reversed with the negative polarity [purple] over time
The process occurs at around 11 year intervals, marking the midway point in a solar sunspot cycle,called solar max.
Solar cycles are also of around 11 years duration.
NASA says
"The domain of the sun's magnetic influence (also known as the 'heliosphere') extends billions of kilometers beyond Pluto. 
Changes to the field's polarity ripple all the way out to the Voyager probes, on the doorstep of interstellar space."

The sun functions on one level as a magnetic dynamo. The reversal sees the field strength drop to zero then each polarity reformulates in the alternate value.
The Earth responds similarly to its own internal dynamo, but reversals occur in a vastly longer cycle - over hundreds of thousands of years. Most recently the magnetic field strength of Earth has been noted to be in decline since 1840.
With space science still being in relative infancy lacking a substantial body of historical references, much is to be discovered regarding the impacts of solar induced spaceweather impacting Earth & our climate, especially the issue of weather extremes.

The exaggerated undulations of the solar current sheet during field reversal bring to mind the distortions of the Earth's atmospheric jet streams.

From Gemini to Sagittarius the territory of movement expands -so under SAG it is long journeys and travel -to other countries and by virtue of even larger transportation -airplane, cruise ship.

So trips or travel will be on the agenda for millions more than normal, across the globe in the stated time frame.
That the two planets related to trips/travel -Jupiter and Mercury are in generally helpful positions: Mercury is in SAG and Jupiter in Cancer [ this position inclining more people to make FAMILY trips which will have deep & meaningful ingredients

One risky issue is likely to involve the friction that arises when close & extended families gather together & face their sensitive side. Disputes and disharmony are best dealt with by having plans or protocols in place to mediate and calm the rough waters.
